So on Monday *rd December I received a text message while I was out to say my parcel from smyths had been delivered and a card had been posted through my door. When i arrived home this wasn't the case. I had no card, so I followed the link on my message which said it had been left on my back porch. I don't have a back porch and to be able to even gain access to my back garden you need a key for a gate as the garden leads to a ginnel. Ive contacted yodel * times now and still have no answer as to where my parcel is. These are my son's Christmas presents. They did an investigation interview with the driver who delivered my parcel and said I would be emailed within ** hours. I was not contacted within the ** hours and I've had to make the contact. I've told them I will be taking this further.
