The issue in GetHuman-lizking's own words
SMS from Yodel saying they delivered my parcel through letterbox. I live alone and was at home. The parcel would be too large to fit through letterbox!! Since then I've rang their number numerous times. I give the tracking number and my postcode to an automated voice, and am told my delivery is delayed and try later! I just want to speak to a person and not pay an exorbitant amount to do that! Don't know what to do?
