I've been waiting in for your delivery. I heard a noise and by the time I got to the door your driver had pushed a card in the letterbox and had gone. He didn't ring my doorbell or make or make any attempt to alert me in any other way. This is deeply unsatisfactory and to find that you don't have a human telephone number makes matters even worse. Your service is appalling. Your delivery number is ********.*You have my phone number *********** and my mobile is **** ******.
