This is the *rd time in a row that I have waited in all day for a non delivery with the aggravating message 'sorry we missed you.We've left a card!'*The *nd time the parcel was left with a neighbour - two roads away!*Today I continuously tracked the driver's approach, counting down to my delivery number and then went to the adjoining High Street to watch his approach - the Yodel van shot passed my road and continued out of sight. No attempt was made to deliver to my address - then I received your irritating message, which your Customer Complaints people advised was initiated in Tom's Field road some three roads away.*I have no faith in Yodel and dread any supplier using your service.*Your driver deliberately decided not to bother to try and deliver to my address for the *rd time in a row. *I don't expect to receive my parcel tomorrow and I have logged an official complaint about the choice of courier that Habitat have used and they are also taking this matter up with yourselves.*Mr B J Camm* JD****************
