The delivery driver has twice failed to deliver my parcel - saying that "he couldn't access your property" - we were in on both occasions however the bell for our flat was not rung on either occasion - the bells for the flats are shown at the common secure entry to the block - this was on Tuesday *th Dec - since then the tracking status has not been updated abd there is no way to talk to a human at Yodel to sort this out
GetHuman-gordon_l did not yet indicate what Yodel should do to make this right.
