I am expecting a parcel which was supposed to reach me on Wednesday **th of October. But to this moment I still don't have it!*After talking on the phone with the Yodel driver, I found out that actually, he didn't even attempt to deliver properly (he only called my flat and some other's flat number, but did not insist too much). It also took him * attempts to find my mailbox and leave a card with a failed delivery. And now, on Saturday, I phoned him up and he said that the parcel is no longer with him. What I am supposed to do as a customer? Whom do I complain to?*Additional to this, I did not get ONE SINGLE NOTIFICATION or CALL about these delivery attempts. I had no idea what was going on. *And I am leaving the country on Monday **nd and I urgently need that parcel. *I cannot put into words how extremely disappointed I am with the service Yodel is offering and with its employees, who don't even feel any bit sorry of shameful that they weren't able to do a basic task of delivering a parcel. *And on top of all this, I can't even speak to a HUMAN BEING, you have only one number available on your website and that directs me straight to a robot. Pitiful, absolutely pitiful! *I am expecting a compensation for all this inconvenience. I am attending a wedding and I won't have a dress, because some incompetent was not able to find a mailbox!!!
