I have experienced three failed delivery attempts with my order. On 08.09.[redacted], I received a vague message apologizing for the delivery failure. Then on 10.09.[redacted], I tracked the parcel with a message about the driver being one delivery away from mine, but it never arrived. The same scenario happened on 11.09.[redacted], with the driver disappearing before reaching my delivery. Despite receiving emails promising delivery by 9pm, the parcels never arrived. This situation is extremely frustrating and a waste of time. The unclear communication and inability to speak with someone in person exacerbate the issue. My Beer Hawk beer order, meant as a birthday gift, is now four days late, causing further frustration. I simply want my order delivered without further delays. If the item does not arrive by tomorrow, I will cancel the order and avoid any company using Yodel for delivery in the future. This experience has been disappointing and unhelpful.

I had a parcel scheduled for delivery from Virgin on Wednesday, September 12th. Yodel claimed they left it with a "neighbour," but none of our building's neighbours have it and we've checked with them. After contacting Virgin, they said a replacement would be sent on Wednesday, September 19th. We had several people at home all day and received updates that the delivery would be in the evening. Despite being home all evening, the package was not delivered, and we later got a text saying entry couldn't be gained to our building, which is untrue as we were there. Our Yodel driver is known by neighbours for falsely claiming deliveries were attempted. This recurring issue has left us unable to use our TV. The difficulty in reaching Yodel for help is frustrating. We plan to involve the Ombudsman if this isn't resolved promptly. The service from Yodel compared to companies like DPD is unacceptable.

I would like to report an issue with my recent delivery from Yodel, with reference JJD[redacted][redacted]. I made a purchase from Demiawaking on Amazon, and the delivery driver did not allow me to inspect the parcel before demanding my signature. This goes against my rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted]. The driver insisted I sign off as undamaged without letting me check the package first, which is concerning because I would not be able to claim a refund for any damage later on. The driver took the parcel back, claiming I refused it, which is incorrect. He declined to provide his name but was described as a black man with a beard, wearing a black short sleeve shirt, and mentioned he disregards UK laws. I wish to ensure the parcel is undamaged, receive it promptly, and address the driver's misconduct by having him educated on proper delivery procedures and facing appropriate disciplinary measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Hello, I experienced a delivery issue with a Figleaves item from Yodel. The delivery, according to Yodel number JD[redacted][redacted], should have been brought to my front door and if no one answers, left in my preferred safe place - my porch. However, the driver did not do this and instead shouted from the roadside, causing inconvenience as I was feeding my child and had to leave him to collect the parcel. It is important for drivers to deliver packages directly to the door rather than shouting from afar. This behavior is disruptive to me, my child, and the neighborhood. I have been expecting a parcel scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, October 17th. Despite speaking to the Yodel driver, it appears no proper delivery attempt was made. After multiple failed attempts to locate my mailbox, the driver now claims the parcel is no longer with him. I have not received any notifications about these failed deliveries. I am extremely disappointed in Yodel's service and the lack of customer care shown by their employees. Furthermore, I am unable to contact a human representative for assistance, as the only available number leads to an automated system. As I am leaving the country on Monday, and urgently require the parcel, I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused. I am missing out on a wedding dress because of this delivery issue.

Over the weekend, I tried various numbers to reach a person at Bellshill urgently. Following an interview on Friday, I was offered a job as a delivery driver. However, on Saturday, I received another offer for a permanent position near my home and children's school, which I found more convenient. I hoped to speak with Alex at Bellshill personally, but all I encountered were recorded messages related to parcels. My intention was to inform them that I would not be joining Yodel after all. I am very frustrated with the delivery driver's actions. I tracked the driver closely, eagerly awaiting my business delivery at my property on Ystrad Road. However, the driver falsely marked the delivery as unable to gain access. I was present at the property until 7 pm, and when the driver made the last delivery before mine around 4:45 pm, I went outside to receive it but the driver did not show up. Upon tracking, I saw the driver had stopped at the top of the estate for some time. Despite waiting outside, the driver did not come, instead passing my building and heading to a nearby estate where they likely live, disappearing from the map. The van lingered at the top of the estate, possibly delaying to reach the five o'clock finish. It is frustrating as I rely on timely deliveries for my customers and this experience is unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, I placed an order on Amazon for a new mattress priced at £60 with an expected delivery date before October 25. Despite staying home, I missed the delivery notification on October 26 due to work. Upon returning home, I found a note from a nearby shop stating they had my parcel left in their private car park. Fortunately, the shopkeeper noticed and directed me to my package. The package had been left on the ground in the car park, exposed to rain. Fortunately, the mattress wasn't damaged. I am extremely disappointed with how the delivery driver handled my parcel, leaving it in an open area. This experience has made me hesitant to have any future parcels delivered by your company. On Saturday, November 3rd, we expected a delivery between 2:05-4:05 pm. We were the 74th of 77 deliveries scheduled. The tracking indicated at 3:46 pm that a delivery attempt was made but could not access the property, which was inaccurate. Despite potential diversions later in the evening due to the Blackheath Firework display, there were no road closures in our area; access was possible as major roads were still open at 8 pm. Subsequent visits by a builder and a nurse to the property demonstrated access was feasible. We made a special trip to receive the parcel since we have not fully moved in yet. It appears that a new delivery attempt is being made today without waiting for our rescheduling request. This experience falls short, as the original delivery should have been completed as planned. Contacting customer service has proven difficult as all lines seem to be automated without an option to speak to a representative directly.

I recently sent a spare wheel purchased on eBay through Parcel2Go to Glasgow G72 7UD. Unfortunately, the buyer hasn't received the item as it was held at the depot and is now on its way back to me without any communication from Yodel. Despite providing the buyer's phone number, they didn't receive any updates regarding delivery issues. I would like Yodel to keep the parcel in Glasgow and arrange for redelivery or allow the buyer to collect it from the depot. I've had difficulties reaching a human representative through the provided numbers or webchat services, which has been time-consuming and frustrating. This issue has taken almost 2 hours out of my workday, impacting my productivity.

We placed an order with Yodel as the courier. We received confirmation that the order was dispatched on the 12th of Nov. Despite being home all day, the parcel did not arrive yesterday as expected, and no delivery card was left. Yodel's tracking system indicated a failed delivery due to no one being present, which is inaccurate as we were available. Attempts to contact Yodel have been unsuccessful with only automated responses. We still haven't received the parcel crucial for our business. The tracking shows another delivery attempt today, but we won't be available after 1:30 pm. We will be informing the company that dispatched the order about our frustration with Yodel's service and lack of assistance. Contacting Yodel has been difficult as the numbers provided are unhelpful. It seems we might have to collect the item from the depot if it's not delivered today, which is highly inconvenient.

I need help with a delivery issue. My parcel, which required a signature, was delivered to the wrong address. Even though my correct address is Flat 12, The Sheldon, [redacted] Denby Street, the driver left it at a different location without flat 12 or [redacted] Denby Street. Attempts to reach the driver were unsuccessful as he only shared the flat block's name without helping with the return. I am requesting that someone retrieve the parcel and bring it to me for a proper signature, or I am open to receiving a refund for the item worth £20. I have evidence to support my claims if needed. I understand mistakes happen, but I am dissatisfied with the handling of this situation.

I recently received a parcel from one of your drivers, but due to being unwell, I couldn't make it to the door in time. The driver left a card and when I retrieved the parcel from my recycling bin, I realized it wasn't mine. This isn't the first time your drivers have delivered to the wrong address, as in the past, I had to search for a parcel that was mistakenly dropped off elsewhere. It's frustrating to have to do the driver's job of ensuring correct deliveries, especially when unwell.

I received an email on November 21st providing a tracking number for my parcel. When the parcel was one stop away, I received another email stating that the delivery driver couldn't locate my property and advised me to contact the supplier. I found this situation frustrating, especially since a parcel had been successfully delivered to me just four days prior. When I called the customer service number, I only reached an automated system and was unable to speak with a representative. They mentioned the parcel would be redelivered the following day. After waiting on October 22nd, the driver found me but mistakenly gave me a package intended for Pamela Mitchell. I noticed the discrepancy in the name and address, called the driver back before he left, and was informed he couldn't find my parcel but promised to return. However, my tracking information indicated that the driver ran out of time. When I contacted the online chat support again, I was met with rudeness from the agent, who abruptly disconnected our chat. I have had three consecutive instances of missed deliveries with the frustrating message "sorry we missed you. We've left a card!" On the second occasion, the parcel was left with a neighbor two roads away. Today, I closely monitored the driver's progress, only to witness the Yodel van pass my street without attempting delivery. The subsequent notification revealed the delivery attempt was made on a different road three streets away. This consistent lack of service from Yodel has left me with no confidence in their service. I have lodged a formal complaint with the courier and the supplier, Habitat. My parcel is not expected to arrive tomorrow as I have raised this issue with both companies. ~ B J Camm

Every month, our dog food is delivered by Yodel, and every month, there are delivery issues. Despite clear directions, they claim they can't locate the property. This month's delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, the 27th. I stayed home all day but received a message claiming a missed delivery and a nonexistent note. After contacting Yodel on the 28th, they promised delivery that day, which did not happen. The recurring problems have added £14 to my phone bill from constant calls to them. Following another web chat this morning, they assured a new delivery attempt today. These repeated false claims of attempted deliveries affect my dog's health as he needs this precise food. Since moving 6 months ago, not once has the delivery been on time. The local courier mishandles parcels, lacks professionalism, and fails to follow required procedures. Yodel's customer service is appalling, with long wait times and abrupt disconnections. There seems to be a pattern of incompetence with Yodel, and I am frustrated and seeking a resolution.

I need assistance regarding a delivery issue with my package. It was mistakenly sent to an address in Scotland with the post code EH4 2BH, but it was supposed to go to RH4 2BH in Dorking, Surrey. The tracking system shows the parcel as delivered with a signature, which is incorrect as it was actually returned to the depot. The correct delivery address is now 13 Deepdene Gardens, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2BH. I have already checked with the occupant at the incorrect address. I am hoping to locate my parcel with tracking number JD [redacted][redacted] for proper delivery. I have been unsuccessful with online chat and the phone number provided has not been working. On Monday, December 3rd, I received a text message stating that my parcel from Smyths had been delivered and a card was left at my door. When I got home, there was no card, and I checked the link in the message which mentioned it was left on my back porch. I do not have a back porch, and my back garden requires a key to access due to a gate leading to a ginnel. I have contacted Yodel four times without any resolution on the whereabouts of my parcel containing my son's Christmas presents. Despite an investigation interview with the delivery driver, I did not receive the promised email within 24 hours. I had to reach out to them again and informed them of my intention to escalate the matter.

We were expecting a delivery from your company last Tuesday. I received an email confirming that the item was out for delivery, and another email stating that the item had been delivered. However, we have not received the package. I contacted the seller, as the purchase was made through eBay, and they mentioned that you conducted an investigation and confirmed that the item was delivered to my address. I am requesting proof of the signature for the delivered item, as someone signing for the parcel falsely constitutes fraud. We have been waiting for over a week now, and the seller has our money, claiming that the item has been delivered. Can you please send me or the seller the proof of the signature? My package had the wrong postcode initially, so it was returned to the sorting office. Despite informing Yodel through WebChat and them correcting the postcode, the parcel keeps going back and forth between the sorting office, in transit, and being on its way with potential delays since 27/11/18. The current status has been repeating as 'Your parcel is on its way but there could be a short delay' for the 5th time. I have tried contacting them three times via WebChat, and each time, I've been told the parcel is ready for delivery and will arrive in a couple of days, but it hasn't arrived. I am still waiting for my parcel and unsure of its whereabouts or how to have it delivered.
