I had to contact Yodel on **.**.** and incurred call charges of £*.**. I want this reimbursed by Yodel as I was calling to chase up a failed delivery I had organised for that date. I took the day off work to wait for my parcel on **.**.** and completely wasted a day off as the item was not delivered until **.**.** after I called Yodel. You failed to deliver my item on the confirmed date and I had to contact you to find out where my item was. I have just received a big phone bill and I am not amused. Happy to send proof of cost of phone calls.
