JD*****************I waited in all day yesterday for my next day delivery. Parcel status said I was ** on list but your driver stopped delivering well before he got to me. Today I get a parcel status saying there is now *** deliverys and *** before me., so I'm doubting that it's going to be delivered today either? I needed my delivery yesterday as my husband has gone into hospital for an operation today and I need to be available to pick him up. I am really annoyed with your service that has not delivered my Holland and Barrett parcel. This is not the first time You have let me down. How come parcel ordered same time delivered by Dpd arrived yesterday midday as they said. I await a quick response and will be notifying Holland and Barrettt of the out come. I rang the sender of the parcel, they got in touch with Yodel. Just luck that I got it * pm at night, ** hours late. Yodel seem to give their drivers an impossible task to deliver *** parcels in one day. Paid first class postage for a second rate delivery service. They need to take a leaf out of DPD s book. Worst thing with Yodel is they don't keep you updated when things don't run to plan.
