Help with my Yodel issue

I was trying to contact Yodel to inform them of an incorrect delivery address for a parcel they had for me. ... I made an online order with Peacocks last night and noticed as PayPal was taking payment that my delivery address was incorrect. Peacocks have told me to contact you as the order has already left
The address they had was my old address and I no longer live there. I am disabled and unable to drive to this address to collect it
I just want to receive the goods I have paid for, I cannot afford to just write this off as I am on disability benefits
I am a new customer and expected to be able to speak to someone to resolve this issue.
I contacted the company I ordered the goods from who told me to contact Yodel but I was unable to actually speak to anyone at Yodel and could only reach an automated message which kept telling me that my parcel was with my local depot.
I have an issue with Yodel too
