Yesterday I received a text at *.**pm stating my order had been delivered. My ordered contained a birthday present that I was taking with me on holiday today for a family member however it hadn’t been delivered to me. I had sta*** in all day waiting for it as it was of utmost importance that I received these goods. As you can imagine this was of m***ive inconvenience to myself. After a phone call and live web chat I given no empathy towards my situation although advisers were aware that I was in m***ive distress. I was made aware then that a driver would take it from where it had been delivered to myself today but as I am going on holiday today I couldn’t risk it so had to go retrieve the parcel myself. I have never ever had a customer service department make me feel so bad for an error on the company’s part. I suffer from severe anxiety and this caused me several panic attacks when all I needed was some re***urance that help would be given to me. An advisor also promised me I would receive a call back before *pm but when I tried to call back at *.**pm I discovered the contact centre shut at *pm.
