Hi,*I paid £*.** for next day delivery. I received a card from y ourselves through the door the next day saying that you had left my parcel with a neighbour at number **. That neighbour had been out at work all day and did not have my parcel. She also had two cards from yourselves through her door that day stating that her parcel(s) were with number **. I have knocked on number ** numerous times to try and locate my parcel and cannot get an answer from them. As this is a mistake made by one of your employees can you please locate the parcel for me as I need it ASAP, hence the reason I paid for next day delivery.*Thanks*Georgia
