Ref: Delivery No: JD****************I submitted a survey yesterday on the e-mail you had sent me stating delivery had been made, making a complaint as I mistakenly believed that the e-mail was concerning the *nd parcel from my order with Zooplus when, in fact, it was a delivery notification for the *st parcel which you had successfully delivered. As I was complaining that the parcel had not arrived I am assuming this will start an investigation into where the parcel is. I tried to find a way of informing you that the information was incorrect and to apologise for setting it in motion but was unable to do this. I only a few minutes ago discovered this e-mail link to contact you now. So, please, cancel my complaint and accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.*Regards*S Rider
