It took ages to be sent, every time I emailed them, the customer service gave short lazy replies, for example, I asked them when I'm going to get my order and hey said from *-** days, but it was like close to the final date, and so I asked when it is coming specifically, and same replies, going back and forth. On the final day it wasn't here so I emailed them and they just told me to go on yodel, went on it, said my order was delivered on the *th LAST MONTH, so I was surprised, but it hadn't arrived so why would it say that? I thought they may have given it to the neighbours but the thing is there was no receipt and this package requires a signature? so I asked ALL the neighbours, none had our package. From this we don't know what to do, This package was extremely important who I meant to give someone who is suffering a great deal physically, it would have meant the world to her, but it's been ages since the due date and time is going, I still want the package, but I don't see a reason why I don't see a reason why I have to pay at all now.
