Hi! I placed an order on the **th of August and they asked for the correct billing information. I used my father's credit card as I am studying in Australia. However, upon them asking for the correct billing address, they have not got back to me even when I replied right after they sent me that particular email. I think it is not safe for someone to fax their monthly statement. Therefore, I hope this issue can be solved quickly. As it is still in the 'on hold' stage and it is making my father and myself, very furious. I bought the things as a gift for someone and now, YesStyle is lengthening the process. I demand a fast reply and a faster processing. Additionally, the credit card has been charged with the amount. YesStyle claims that the card will not be charged until it is in the processing stage. They are taking my money while putting my items on hold
