See how the Yelp.com for Business platform works ... I am dropping you a quick note to tell you that I was shocked and very surprised to find out this morning I got charged $*** for advertising on the Yelp.com platform for the month of June. I only run a test campaign from May **th to May **st, I never re-enabled the campaign, and I never asked to run any campaign after my initial * days term.**I did not want to run any Ad campaign with Yelp.com company in first place, and do not want to run it now or in the future.**I asked to be refunded for the $ *** I never approved to be charged from Yelp.com, and to have my credit card information removed from their platform ASAP.**I never got an answer.
I want to be refunded
I tried to reach the Yelp Account Manager assigned to my Business, but with no success
I have an issue with Yelp too
How GetHuman-carlocu fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-carlocu to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
