I have three Yamaha musiccast receivers. I had some problems with my Amazon account and then I switch to another because and seem to have been blocked for voice control. After the first account was cleared I tried to use it again and seen and thinks things seem to be working this morning however later Yamaha *** while working on its own with its own music sources, Alexa would say it was off line. I then tried to set it up again and the second time I could not do the sync with a cloud process because it said there was an error with this particular device. I don’t know why it’s happening because the device is online and on ethernet can I get an error message that I hope you can help me resolve. “Setup failed your devices can’t connect to the cloud (only the *** does not connect. Please check your router and settings and try again. (-*******: Bedroom). I tried two separate connect I’d accounts and also google assistant.
