Need to update current maintenance details in system records and engine tappet noise issue not resolved even after * times repairing ... Dear Team,**User Name : J Ravikumar*Bike Registration number : TN**R *****Bike purchased date : **-**-******st service given to dealership on **-**-**** ****KM service (Snap attached from system).**As already informed to you I have done the regular bike maintenance on time*before time. But my *st time maintenance was wrongly punched in system and its reflecting on ********** @ **** hrs instead of **-**-**** @ *** KM. Evidence of job card number ******* attached for your reference.**Due to this wrong punching in system every time I am facing the issue of warranty support. Every dealership is telling me that miner job can be done if any major repair warranty cannot be consider due to first maintenance issue.**This is high value bike purchased from very good organization but facing such issues will reduce the confident level of your service and promoting other to buying new bike from Yamaha brand.**I have attached all are my document & request you to correct the same ( free maintenance with correct hrs )in system to avoid this issue.**Thanks for understanding in advance and do the needful with your valuable remarks.**Note: Many times I contact Yamaha customer care but no worth and still my issue not resolved and my bike issue also**Thanks,*Ravi************
Service center engg*tech not capable also Yamaha customer care rep also not responding * help me to resolve my issue
I don't know bcz I am helpless from customer care service of Yamaha as well they are not provide escalation metrics also
I have been a customer for one year quality of service to be improved in dealership level to avoid customer dissatisfaction
Nothing and any more I don't recommend buy this Yamaha product due to poor service.
