I purchased a **** ***hp * stroke outboard new.Maintained and flushed perfectly,all Yamaha products used .Yet on October* of this year the engine exhaust housing was near totally disintegrated to the point my Marina of ** years said they never had seen one that bad.This caused a weak spot that created a hole in the head.My previous motor Suzuki * stroke I sold with boat with **** hrs on it.Because of additional cost of rigging so I'm forced to go back to that same motor.Im ** yrs old and have had boat my Entire life and this was not right.Can you enlighten me as to why this may have happened.I now find out this has been a issue,particularly with your larger four strokes.Its not right for another ***** lay out in so short a time.
