I am in the process of moving my website from Yahoo to another domain registrar due to technical issues. Yahoo Small Business informed me that the transfer cannot be completed until July 9th, [redacted]. However, I have noticed that accessing my website results in visitors sometimes seeing the website index instead of the actual content which concerns me regarding potential data exposure. My new host is willing to proceed with the migration before the set date, but I am unsure if this is within Yahoo's procedures. I attempted to contact Yahoo for clarification, but my email was rejected due to space limitations. I am also unable to find Yahoo's telephone number for assistance. I am uncertain if the migration will restore my access to Yahoo to cancel my accounts. I am seeking clarification from Yahoo on the exposure of my website index, whether the transfer can proceed early, and if I will regain access to manage my accounts post-migration. Looking for guidance on these issues. Thank you, ML.

Hello..I've been trying to access my Yahoo account for three days, but I can't because I forgot my password. Dear Sir/Madam, Earlier this week, I had to reset my computer and change my password. The new password worked at first, but the next day it didn't, and neither did the previous one. When I tried to recover my account, Yahoo would only send a recovery code to a U.S. phone number, which I had provided as part of my security settings years ago. Unfortunately, I'm in Canada, and I wasn't warned about this restriction when I signed up for Yahoo. Access to my emails and important contacts across three continents is crucial to me. I'm 85 years old, and my contacts will worry if I can't respond to them. I plead with you to help me regain access to my account. I can provide evidence like names in my "emails phones" file and the subjects of my emails. Here are my account details: [redacted], original password Noellnoell123&, changed password LEONNleonn123&, phone [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] Don't let me down! Sincerely, Joseph B.

I was in the process of recovering my email account but suddenly remembered the password. As I tried to update my recovery information and change old details, Yahoo informed me that my information had been shared without my consent. Now, individuals are gaining unauthorized access to my Google Gmail accounts, even when I'm not logged in, and altering my recovery information. I never intended to give permission for anyone to access my accounts or change my settings. However, someone has manipulated my account to indicate otherwise. Despite contacting Google for help, I couldn't rectify the situation due to the complications caused by Yahoo. This issue is causing a lot of distress, especially considering my limited phone minutes and the misuse of my account to access game files. I am considering deleting both my Yahoo and Google accounts or even turning off my phones to prevent further breaches. This situation has left me feeling upset and vulnerable. I urge you to address this matter promptly, especially since Yahoo's actions seem to have triggered these security concerns with Google as well.

I can't remember my password for my Yahoo account, and unfortunately, I don't have a backup email or phone number. I've tried calling Yahoo multiple times, but they keep telling me they can't access my account and to call back in 5-7 days. This has been going on since March [redacted], and now it's August! I even reached out to Yahoo in Dublin via email, but I haven't received a response. I'm frustrated that I haven't made any progress with Yahoo, as I really need to get into my emails.

My Yahoo account has been compromised as the phone number linked to it was changed while my phone was in for repair. I am concerned because all my personal information, including credit card details, is stored in that account. I urgently need access to my email and I am feeling very anxious about it. Email on my Yahoo account that was hacked is [redacted] I can provide my old password and phone number. Please respond promptly as this is urgent. Thank you.

I currently reside in France and unfortunately do not have direct contact details available for assistance. I previously used a personal email address through 'rocketmail.com,' but since Yahoo acquired it, the account has been malfunctioning. Yahoo has blocked the account, and I am seeking a quick resolution without complex procedures. I prefer a straightforward approach rather than facing unnecessary difficulties, especially considering my experience level. Please address the issue promptly. My main email address is '[redacted],' which you are indicating as invalid. As an alternative, you can reach me at '[redacted]' Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After using Yahoo mail for over 20 years, I am now unable to access my account. Whenever I try to log in, I am continuously stuck in a cycle of reCaptcha tests that keep looping back to the "I'm not a robot" verification. Despite correctly identifying the objects, the process repeats itself multiple times. As a result, I have resorted to using G-mail for my emails. This issue is frustrating and unusual considering my long history with Yahoo mail.

I am encountering an issue with my Yahoo email account. Unfortunately, I cannot remember my password, which is preventing me from signing in. Despite numerous attempts to recover my password through online support, I have been unsuccessful. The recovery process keeps leading me back to needing a code sent to my email address, which I cannot access without the password. I have tried other options like using a home phone number, but that has not worked either. I am hesitant to pay a fee to speak with someone over the phone. Considering switching to a Google email account seems like the only solution at this point, as many have suggested. It's frustrating that the system does not offer a better way to resolve this issue.

Greetings. After relocating to a new country a few years ago, I attempted to access my account, only to find that a verification code was needed to be sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, there isn't an alternative email linked to the account for me to use. Any assistance in resolving this issue and regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Once access is restored, I can update my 2-step verification to a current email address of mine.

I have encountered no issues with Yahoo on most of my computers. However, on one of them, I keep receiving alerts that my account information needs updating. Despite changing my password multiple times, I consistently encounter the "error code 0x[redacted]a" message. Additionally, Yahoo support states that my account originated in a country they do not serve, even though it was created in the USA over 30 years ago. Currently residing in Taiwan, where the problematic computer was purchased a year ago, my other computers, also bought in Taiwan, do not have this issue. How can I resolve this and stop the alerts?

Hello, my name is Melinte Elena Iuliana. I used to have a Yahoo account, [redacted], but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it as I haven't used it in a long time. I am seeking assistance to add a new phone number to recover this email address. Following my marriage, I created a Facebook page with a password I no longer recall. Since divorcing, I have legally changed my name to Melinte. My date of birth is 21-07-[redacted], and I can provide identification to verify this. The last password I remember is Lili1983. Despite this, I am unable to access the account as Yahoo sends verification codes to my outdated phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered a product from an ad on Yahoo's main page, assuming it was a reliable seller. I couldn't access the ad afterwards and was unable to open the store link in the email. The email revealed the product was being shipped from China, contrary to it being a "closeout." Instead of the product, I received a free camping lantern. The return label specified it came from a "Refund Warehouse" in New York. Despite my requests for tracking information, the seller has been unhelpful, offering only partial refunds. After numerous unsatisfactory exchanges, they agreed to refund $47.96, which they are now delaying. I involved my credit card company in the process and am awaiting their response. I wonder if Yahoo verifies the legitimacy of its advertisers and if this could be reported to the authorities as internet commercial fraud. Consumers should not fall victim to such deceitful practices.

When attempting to log into my Yahoo email account, a message keeps appearing stating "rate limited." This issue has prevented me from accessing my email for almost a week now. Despite trying to verify my identity with codes sent to me, I am unable to proceed further. I am also unable to access my alternate email account due to the same message appearing every time I click on any sign-in or mail button. This limitation is frustrating, as I need to check my email regularly. The situation is quite perplexing and inconvenient for me.
