Subject: Assistance Needed with Password Reset for Email Account I am seeking help on behalf of a senior lady, initials M, who is struggling to remember her password for her email account [redacted] She has not accessed this account via computer for approximately a year but continues to receive emails on her mobile phone. Unfortunately, there is neither a recovery email nor phone number associated with the account. Despite our attempts to utilize online support, we have been unsuccessful and subsequently locked out for a 12-hour security period. As her concerned neighbor, I am eager to assist her in regaining access to her computer email in order to view past messages. Any guidance or direction on how to navigate the password reset process would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Yahoo account through my mobile phone directly. I've been using my computer, but the security checks are time-consuming. I lost my password and don't have access to my previous phone number or security questions. I only have my date of birth and a previous address. Hello, I'm experiencing trouble signing in to my Yahoo email account ([redacted]). Although I input the correct password, it requires further verification which is sent to an old email I no longer have access to. Alternatively, they attempt to send it to my phone but I do not receive anything. This has been going on for a few days now, and I am unable to access my email. I seek assistance in signing in as I have both the email and password information, and once logged in, I can update the validation methods.

I've been attempting to access my account, which has been open on my computer for months without any problems. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to log in because the phone I'm using isn't linked to my email and I can't recall the password, which is a common issue for me. This situation is preventing me from reaching important emails and the website's support process seems to be leading me in circles without resolving the problem. I am having trouble with the Yahoo website. After stating it will send a verification code to a number I don't have, it says it can't recover my account online and prompts me to start over. I've had this email address for years and never faced this problem. This situation is frustrating, and I just want to update my old email address with my new number.

If I wanted to watch ads, I'd watch TV instead of using the internet. Yahoo has always been a secondary email to Gmail, no matter what. There are plenty of free email options available, so it's not a big deal. Waiting 15 seconds for "basic email" is a joke. People use ad-block for a reason - to block ads. Do you really think you can impose unwanted things on people? Good luck with that.

I have a Rivals (Ole Miss) subscription that I am unable to access because the email I initially used is no longer valid. I find it unreasonable that they require confirmation via that email address. Hi, I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo mail. When trying to log in, I received a message saying my password was incorrect. I always stay signed in on my iPhone app, so this was unexpected. I tried using the "forgot password" feature, but it keeps showing an error message asking me to try again later. I also attempted to log in using my mobile number, however, it is telling me that my number is incorrect. Creating a new account would be very inconvenient for me as I have numerous essential emails and confidential information stored in my current account.

I suspect my Yahoo email account and name are being used by someone else. My email is [redacted], and I am Gary Bartlett. I recently received an email from Lowe's thanking me for contacting them, which I didn't do. Additionally, my credit card information has been compromised through this email account. I have changed the password multiple times but need assistance. Please respond to me at [redacted] to confirm if someone else is accessing my email. Thank you.

Dear Team, I am unable to locate a solution to my issue in the help center. My account has been compromised, and I have followed all their recommendations, including removing unauthorized mailboxes. However, replies to my emails will still go to [redacted] Despite numerous attempts through the help center, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account. Despite trying multiple devices, my password is always rejected even though I haven't changed it. I suspect my account may have been hacked without my knowledge. I have reached out for help on Twitter, but with no success. I participate in the Yahoo Pro Pick'em game with my private group, the "Zoners." I have encountered an issue with the game's deadline structure. The deadline for Thursday night games also applies to Sunday and Monday games, preventing me from making picks for those days if I miss the initial deadline. Once the Thursday night deadline passes, I am unable to edit my picks. This appears to be a flaw in the game's coding. I suggest implementing separate deadlines for Sunday and Monday games. The ability to edit picks until one hour before the Sunday games start would greatly improve the experience. I recommend creating a private group to test these issues firsthand. Missing the Thursday deadline has negatively impacted my standings, as I cannot make picks for the upcoming games. I hope this feedback can be addressed to enhance the game for all participants. When I try to open my bank account, Yahoo displays commercial ads that take over my PC screen, disconnecting me from my bank. The ads start as a quarter of the page and then expand to a full-page, making it difficult for me to access my account securely. This issue with Yahoo ads not only disrupts my experience but also raises concerns about potential hackers accessing my account during login. Furthermore, the repetitive nature of these ads, hundreds of them, is frustrating and overwhelming. As an 83-year-old disabled veteran relying on my social security, it is essential for me to have uninterrupted access to my bank account without these intrusive ads. I urge Yahoo to reconsider the number and intrusiveness of their ads to ensure a safer and more user-friendly browsing experience for all customers.

I can't access my Yahoo account with the email address [redacted] When I try to reset the password, it asks me to use another email address that I don't recall creating. Hello Team Yahoo, I am a frequent user of Yahoo and its products, and have been pleased with the service I've received thus far. I primarily use the mail service, but recently I have encountered a technical problem where images are no longer loading when I open my emails, even though they used to work perfectly in the past.
