Hello, I have been a Yahoo user for 12 years, and this is the first time I'm having trouble logging in. Suddenly, the system is asking for my details and claiming it doesn't recognize my account. I find this unbelievable since I haven't changed my password in years. It seems like there might be a mistake on your end. I have now switched to using Google as my browser. If this issue isn't resolved by the end of the week, I will move my email as well. I have lost a lot of time dealing with this problem. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Regards, David.

Hello, I am reaching out from the Belle Plaine Public School District in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. I spoke with Alexia at 9 am CDT today; unfortunately, she was unable to grasp the issue at hand. We have noticed that around 20 families using yahoo.com email accounts did not receive an essential email from the district last Thursday, despite receiving voice messages. The email was sent via our student software system, "Infinite Campus." Oddly enough, all other email providers, like gmail, ymail, icloud, and hotmail, received the email without any problems. This seems to be a specific issue with yahoo.com accounts, affecting not just our district but others as well. It appears that Yahoo may have made changes to their security settings in December [redacted], causing this blockage of mass emails from school districts. We urgently need to resolve this issue to ensure our families receive vital information promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I serve as Power of Attorney for my elderly uncle, aged 93, who is currently isolated in an assisted living facility. Communicating with him is challenging as he struggles to hear the phone and sometimes forgets its operation. Recently, I've noticed what seem to be unauthorized charges on his checking account by a particular company. Despite their claims of emailing documentation, I am unable to access his email due to Yahoo not recognizing my PC's IP address. Their verification process via text to his phone is also ineffective. I am seeking guidance on how to connect with a representative who can handle matters with my Power of Attorney status, allowing me to address these concerning transactions on his behalf and prevent further financial harm.

I am having trouble logging into my Yahoo account. The system is asking me to verify using the mobile app, but I'm currently logged out of the app. When I try to use another linked email for verification, I don't receive any emails there. Additionally, I can't remember the security questions associated with my very old email. Email: [redacted]

I recently experienced a break-in at my apartment, and unfortunately, my phone was stolen. Due to this, I am unable to access my Facebook account as I forgot the password, and the only email associated with it is my old one, [redacted] Regrettably, I also can't recover my Facebook account via my phone, as it was taken during the robbery. The only solution left is to regain access to my Yahoo account. I have been trying to recover my account for three months now with no success. I have essential information on my Facebook account, and I am desperate for assistance. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to resolve this matter.

I suggest Yahoo consider allowing comments on the articles it publishes. When I read an article, I often have the urge to share my thoughts. My observations suggest I am not alone in this desire. I have been a loyal Yahoo user for years, with My Yahoo set as my homepage. However, I am considering removing all Yahoo services due to what seems like censorship of opinions. While this is Yahoo's prerogative as a company, as a consumer, I choose to seek information elsewhere. This decision means I will also not be exposed to any advertisements on Yahoo. If more people follow suit, your advertisers might not be pleased. It may be worth considering the impact. If no changes are made, I will not hesitate to remove Yahoo from my daily browsing. Perhaps your advertisers would like to hear feedback from me and others.

Hi Support, I recently signed up for Yahoo Pro services and received an email asking me to reset my email account. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate email from Yahoo or if it's a phishing attempt. Could you please confirm its authenticity? Thank you, Chris L.

I keep receiving spam emails from an address claiming to be from Francisca Paul at [redacted] I would like to request that this contact be removed from Yahoo's mailing list. One of the emails I received is as follows: "I am Mrs. Francisca Paul. I am an aging widow suffering from a long-term illness (breast cancer) and I am currently admitted to a private hospital here in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivory. I have inherited some money from my late husband Mr. Paul Timothy. The total sum is US$6.5 million, which he deposited in a bank here. I am seeking an honest and compassionate person who can use these funds for charitable purposes. 20% of the total sum will be your compensation for this good deed. Your religion does not matter to me, what is important is using the money in a way that pleases God. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Mrs. Francisca Paul"

I recently received a concerning email from Yahoo Mail about a potential violation of their Terms of Service. The email didn't specify the nature of the violation, leaving me unsure about how to rectify the situation or prevent it from occurring again. Understanding the issue is crucial to ensure compliance. Losing access to my Yahoo account would be disruptive and costly. I urge Yahoo to provide detailed information on the violation to prevent any future problems. I believe clear communication is key in resolving this matter effectively.

I have a Rogers/Yahoo email account in Canada, and my iMac desktop was hacked. A Rogers advisor removed a fake email address from my account, inadvertently deleting all my inbox messages except for that day. Strangely, my inbox remains unaffected on my iPad connected to Apple Mail. I reached out to the Yahoo restore team, who promised message retrieval within 8 hours, but it hasn't happened yet. I am seeking advice on how to recover the majority of my inbox. When searching by senders' names, the messages do appear, so they should still be accessible somewhere. Thank you, RH.
