i can not log in to my email because when i put in my email it does not ask for my password. it asks my to pick two options one is email and the other is a phone number and i dont have access to any of them because they are both old and we dont use them and usually i never get logged out of the account. And when i tried to pay for the live agent subscription since I live in ireland it doesnt let me pay. I hope eyou come up with a solution to my problem. thanks
