I need assistance cancelling my subscription to System Mechanic via Yahoo. We had a negative experience with the software as it mistakenly deleted numerous files and thousands of photos from our computer. Despite the initial agreement to cancel before a specific date to avoid charges, the loss of data led me to uninstall "System Mechanic" entirely and subsequently forget to cancel. I have tried to terminate the subscription without success. Please ensure the cancellation of this subscription or provide me with the necessary steps to do so. Being billed for a service that not only failed but also caused irretrievable data loss would be deeply frustrating.

I've encountered discrepancies with the Yahoo Finance Historical Prices for PCRPX that you should be aware of: 1. There seems to be no entry for the 12/5/[redacted] quote in both the unadjusted and adjusted columns. 2. Although Yahoo Finance lists the Close Price for PCRPX on 12/31/[redacted] as 6.25, PIMCO and Marketwatch reflect it as 6.29. 3. It's important to note that the Adjusted Close in Yahoo Finance considers Distributions and Stock Splits. However, the Close Price should represent the unadjusted price at the end of the day. PCRPX underwent a Stock Split (2/1 reverse split) on 8/7/[redacted]. The Historic Quotes for PCRPX prior to this date appear to be twice the unadjusted prices, which should only apply to the adjusted close prices starting from 8/7/[redacted]. I suggest reaching out to PIMCO to verify and rectify any discrepancies in the historical data for PCRPX.

I have a query regarding a business listed on your local.yahoo.com site. The address provided seems to differ from what's listed elsewhere online. I am unsure if it's an outdated entry that has not been removed or if it is genuinely the current address of the business but with outdated search engine results. The business in question is an auto repair shop located in area code [redacted]. I am willing to provide more details if needed. Despite my attempts to verify the address through various sources, I have not been successful. I aim to surprise a friend who receives mail at their workplace, so I am keen to ensure the accuracy of this information. If you could clarify this discrepancy, it would be greatly appreciated. Since I lack a Yahoo account to reach out directly, kindly contact me via email. Thank you for your assistance.

I keep receiving numerous emails daily from a source I've tried unsubscribing from with no success. The content is unwanted and appears to be a result of group activities. I wish they would stop sending me these emails.

I am unable to respond to your email regarding case number [redacted]3. Here is my response to your most recent email in this matter. --------------------------------------------- I comprehend your message. As a last effort, is it feasible to arrange a forwarding from [redacted] to my present email, [redacted]? Even if only temporarily for a day or two? This way, I could still receive that email? It seems like a bit of a dilemma here.. Best regards, Jocke www.tessert.com

I can't access my Yahoo Mail account because I can't retrieve the verification code from my phone or recovery email. Despite knowing my password, I'm unable to log in. When contacting Yahoo support, I encountered a rude representative who refused to assist me properly. He repeatedly said no and didn't address my concern before abruptly ending the call. Upon calling back, he claimed to be the only one available at Yahoo and hung up on me once more.

I contacted Yahoo at 1-[redacted] to try to recover my account without access to the phone number on the account but with knowledge of my email password. The representative I spoke with repeatedly refused to help, did not address my questions, and eventually hung up on me. When I called back, the same person claimed to be the only Yahoo employee and refused assistance before hanging up again. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you. The email associated with the account is [redacted]

Someone has changed my password today. I suspect it's the same individual from Washington State who has done this before. My email address is [redacted], while the other person likely is [redacted], who coincidentally shares my name, Colette Herrin. I have received emails from you in the past indicating that a code was sent to her number. Despite bringing this issue to your attention previously, I continue to receive notifications about her unauthorized access. In the email sent to me today, it shows a sign-in from Washington, United States that is not initiated by me. The person might be identified as [redacted], and I can confirm that the sign-in location is not associated with me. I have tried contacting her directly, suggesting she keeps her passwords secure due to memory issues she claims to have; however, the problem persists. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this ongoing issue promptly.

We had our domain www.sgtpa.com managed by Yahoo through a former vice president. As SGTPA now wishes to handle the domain internally, they notified Yahoo. Yahoo requested confirmation from the Yahoo account contact, but it went unanswered. Subsequently, we've ceased using Yahoo services for all our domains and switched to Gmail. Currently, all pending matters remain unresolved with Yahoo. We are ready to continue services if they respond promptly. Our website and Outlook are currently inaccessible, causing significant issues. Your urgent guidance is appreciated. Thank you, Sunil J Shah CEO

Hello Yahoo Customer Services, I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account, [redacted], while in Ethiopia. I am asked to verify my account using my Canadian phone number, 1 [redacted], which I used in Canada. However, I am currently in Ethiopia for vacation and do not have access to that number. The only other option provided for account recovery is my old email from Germany, which is no longer active. I kindly request your assistance in accessing my Yahoo account from Ethiopia. The recovery options I have are [redacted] and my current Ethiopian phone number, [redacted] [redacted] 77 [redacted]. Using these alternatives would be helpful both now and when I return to Canada. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, Kahsay Huruy

My cellphone is broken, so I'm unable to use it to verify my Yahoo account. This has led to me being locked out of my account. I find it ironic that you suggest emailing me about the issue when I can't even access my Yahoo mail. I'm quite stressed out as I urgently need access to my Yahoo mail. In the meantime, I'll provide my Gmail address for correspondence. Once I resolve this problem, I will be closing my Yahoo account. Relying solely on a cellphone for verification is impractical, as unforeseen situations like this can occur. I hope to have this matter sorted promptly, as it's time-sensitive.

Numerous Yahoo users have reached out to Verizon about alleged discrimination on Yahoo platforms. Verizon stated that Yahoo enforces strict guidelines on member conduct. Users are prohibited from engaging in unauthorized access, posting harmful or inappropriate content, violating laws, impersonating others, infringing on intellectual property rights, sharing commercial solicitations without permission, distributing viruses, or disrupting the services. Users are encouraged to adhere to these rules to maintain a positive online environment. For further assistance, you can contact Verizon's customer support.

Since last year, I've been experiencing frequent unauthorized password changes on my ymail account ([redacted]) without any notification. Every time I try to log in, I am forced to reset my password. I request Yahoo's assistance in investigating the IP address responsible for these actions. I am willing to involve the police if necessary. It's important to note that my computer and internet access are exclusively provided by the Australian government for my personal use, and I am the only individual who has used them up to this point.

I have been receiving a $3.99 bill for a service that was supposedly for online use since October. Although you have been charging me, a withdrawal of $[redacted] from my account caused the payment to fail, resulting in a $35 charge. As a 72-year-old with medical issues on a fixed income, I question why this charge is being added. I was away from home for the entire month from October to November 22, [redacted], and I only use the internet on my desktop, not on my cell phone. Please remove this charge, or I will consider closing my account due to this issue. I spoke with a representative who mentioned I needed to address this online, but I am not proficient in using computers. I did not authorize this charge, as the $3.25 charge is for prescriptions. Kindly stop this billing. Thank you.

I have an email account with Yahoo ([redacted]) that I created in December [redacted] or January [redacted] at Worksource in Tacoma, Washington. This email was used for job searches, University of Washington courses, online banking, screenplays, poems, and a gambling website. I forgot the password and no longer have the recovery phone [redacted] as it was stolen. I haven't accessed this account regularly for years but in [redacted], I contacted Yahoo tech support to provide information about the account. Can Yahoo tech support help me regain access based on the content of my account without the $4.99 fee? Thank you.

Hello, I am attempting to access some old accounts to either deactivate or retrieve them for personal use. Approximately 8 years ago, I had a Yahoo account registered under "[redacted]" I would like to either regain access to this account or have it permanently deleted. This email is linked to several other accounts such as old Facebook, gaming profiles for World of Warcraft, and RuneScape Classic. Unfortunately, I do not recall the security questions associated with this Yahoo account due to its long period of inactivity. In the past, my interests revolved around gaming and Harry Potter books. For further assistance, please contact me via email. My current email address is the same as the old Yahoo account, only it is now hosted by Gmail. I have variations with and without a dot between "michael" and "salazar." Thank you.

I recently discovered that my long-standing free Flickr account, created in [redacted], became inaccessible. The Flickr support team (including Ben, Allen, and Ellen) helped me process a request to close the inactive account. I realized the email address associated with this account was a Yahoo Mail account, which I've forgotten the password for. I reached out to GetHuman because deleting this account is my preferred resolution, even if it could be recovered. Additionally, there's another email account linked to my time at University Arts London in the U.K. that needs attention. The two accounts in question are [redacted] and [redacted] I'm eager to hear back regarding the possibility of recovering [redacted]

Good afternoon. Today, I received an email from Yahoo asking me to secure my account before 22/1/20 or risk losing access to my emails. I'm not very technical and feel unsure about the legitimacy of this email. It requests my Yahoo mail address and password, but clicking on Help or Yahoo leads to nothing, which raises suspicion. I've reached out to Yahoo customer service but have not received a response. Any advice or help on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Karin.

Hello, I have repeatedly reported an issue with my email account: [redacted] It is not receiving any messages anymore. Before reaching out, I checked Yahoo's help center, everything seems fine on my computer. I sent myself an email from that address and could receive it from my Google account, so that seems to be working. When I asked friends to email me, it was impossible as the address was said not to exist. In response to my inquiries, Yahoo sent me the following email: "...Thank you for contacting Yahoo Customer Care. This is an automatic response to your recent inquiry in case number [redacted]9. Your case has been closed as we have not received a response in over 5 days since the last email we sent you. If you have general feedback or wanted to let us know your issue was resolved, we'd still love to hear it! Please reply to the survey you received via email."... Thank you for your assistance, it seems like this is a common issue based on forum discussions. Best regards, J.P.

When I was young, I created a Yahoo email account without foreseeing the complications it would cause years later. The account requested a security email in case I forgot the password, leading me to create another Yahoo email for this purpose, but the cycle continued as I linked back to the initial email. Now, attempting to access my first email through the recovery account presents an insurmountable hurdle. Yahoo flagged the recovery account for suspicious activities and demands verification through a code sent to the initial email, creating a frustrating and endless loop. If there is a way to break free from this cycle or communicate with a Yahoo representative to confirm my identity and resolve the situation, I would greatly appreciate it. My only wish is to regain access to my old email address that seems out of reach at the moment.
