I received an email from Yahoo asking me to update my account information because they are unable to charge for their pro services on my credit card. Yahoo customer support recommended using online help, but the issue is my password is not being recognized by Yahoo's system. Every action on Yahoo's platform requires a password, making it impossible for me to pay my bill or get assistance as all efforts prompt me to enter my current password, which is not being accepted. My main goal is to settle my outstanding balance. Once that is resolved, I plan to switch to another service provider that offers a more user-friendly and less complex experience than Yahoo.
