I attempted to log into my Yahoo Mail on a public computer and may have entered the wrong password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the recovery phone number. When I called Customer Service, I was only able to answer one security question correctly. The representatives were unhelpful and made me feel intimidated by mentioning possible hacking. Despite saying my account was safe, I am still unable to retrieve my password.

Since today, I've been encountering an issue when trying to access my Yahoo Mail on my computer. The error message states: "Description: Unable to locate the server requested --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again." I've been using Yahoo Mail for years without any problems until this morning. Oddly enough, I can still access my mail on my phone, just not on my computer. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have not accessed my email in a while. When I tried to log in tonight, I encountered issues. The system prompted me to verify my identity using a phone number ending in [redacted], which is outdated. Feeling frustrated, I attempted to seek help through a Yahoo number requiring a $13 monthly fee for assistance, which I found unreasonable and hung up. Could you please assist me in recovering access to my account? You can reach me at my current email, [redacted], or contact me at my new phone number, [redacted]. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

I am locked out of my email account because I can't access the phone number associated with it. I tried to use alternative email or security questions, but these options are not showing up. I remember the password; however, I am unable to pass the authentication process. Losing access to this email address would be a nightmare for me since it is my only email account.

Hello. I am seeking assistance in logging into my Yahoo account. I previously added my phone number for security purposes. However, my phone number was deactivated by my telecom provider, Smart Telecom in the Philippines, due to inactivity. Despite reaching out to them, the issue remains unresolved. When attempting to log in, Yahoo only provides the option to use my phone number, which I no longer have access to. I possess my username and password but am unable to bypass the phone verification step. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Sky customer and my Yahoo emails, which are through Sky, disappeared from my inbox on Thursday, December 12th at 16:20. I reached out to Sky for help in recovering them. They instructed me to fill out the Yahoo online form, but it isn't working and displays a message about Yahoo engineers resolving the issue on the site. I need all my emails from Thursday 12th to be restored. I'm concerned that Sky hasn't properly submitted the form. Could you please assist me? There are crucial emails such as flight details and hotel bookings for the Christmas period that I need. You can contact me at [redacted]3 or via the email provided. I would greatly appreciate confirmation that the rollback process will be initiated. Thank you.

Hello! I need to update my recovery email for my Yahoo account. Currently, Yahoo only allows me to add another address, not replace the existing one. I'd like to make this change because the recovery email (Gmail) shares a very similar username with another person's Yahoo account. This individual is experiencing issues with their account, and as a result, I receive their Yahoo messages in my Gmail inbox regularly. Please enable me to modify my recovery email address on my Yahoo account.

I'm having trouble logging into my Yahoo Fantasy Sports app. I recently switched to a new phone and can't receive the account key code that's sent out because I no longer have access to the old phone. I tried following the online help steps but couldn't get the code on my new phone. Additionally, I can't access my old email accounts linked to this address anymore.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account with the email [redacted] Previously, I could sign in on the Yahoo website, but now I am redirected to an AT&T page to log in. Over the past three days, my inbox emails have been mysteriously disappearing. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, it is crucial for me to have access to these emails as I represent abused and neglected children in the foster care system. I have already reached out to AT&T, and they instructed me to reset my password, but unfortunately, this morning, my emails vanished again. This situation is incredibly urgent, and I need assistance right away to resolve this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account as it is requesting verification through my old phone number. I previously only had two-factor authentication set up and did not link an alternate email. I recently changed my phone number due to switching carriers and data plans. Access to this email is crucial as it contains important information related to FAFSA, bank accounts, college matters, and communication from medical school.

I can still access my account on other devices since I have not logged out yet. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Magdalene

I received an email regarding an active domain site registered under my name that I want to cancel. The site has been inactive for years and I do not have the password to access it. When I contacted a representative mentioned in the email, they requested the first 6 and last 4 numbers of my credit card, but I was advised against providing this information by my credit card company's fraud division. I wish to exercise my legal right to cancel this domain by sending a notarized letter, but the representative did not provide me with the necessary contact person or office address. I am seeking assistance to cancel the domain "creativelivingmagazine.net" promptly.

I used to access my Yahoo email account through the Mail App on my iPhone. Recently, I've been facing issues where I can see emails coming in but can't open them fully to read. I could only view the first line. To resolve this, I downloaded the Yahoo Mail App on my phone, which now allows me to read the emails properly. On Sunday, a friend emailed me, but it bounced back to them with a message indicating that my Yahoo account had been 'quarantined'. Unfortunately, I lost that particular email. Despite these changes, I still cannot view new emails in the mail app on my iPhone; instead, I can only see them in the Yahoo app.

Yesterday, when I logged onto Yahoo, I saw a headline claiming James Comey had apologized on Fox News regarding the Russia investigation. However, it inaccurately stated that he apologized for the origins of the investigation when he had actually apologized for the FISA process. I left a comment to clarify this but noticed that all other comments were negative towards Comey. Shortly after posting, the story vanished from Yahoo, and despite my search, I couldn't find it again. I am worried about potential Russian bot involvement. Can someone confirm if this story was genuine on Yahoo?

I'm a Yahoo.com email user with the address [redacted] Recently, I encountered an issue with the new Key lock security feature when I tried to login but couldn't provide the key number linked to an old mobile number I no longer have access to. This is causing me stress as I urgently need to access my emails for a UK Visa application. My appointment is scheduled for 20th December, and it's crucial for me to be able to retrieve communication from the UK Visa office and partners. I am willing to provide proof of identity such as my passport, along with the previous mobile number I used. This situation is making me desperate as it could impact my entire Visa process.

I recently added a 3rd mailbox but I am facing some issues. I cannot send emails to the new address, and all the emails from my main mailbox are also appearing in the new 3rd mailbox. In the settings, it shows my main email as [redacted], the second one as [redacted], and the new 3rd mailbox as [redacted] The reply-to address is the same as the main address. I am hesitant to delete the 3rd mailbox as I am worried it might delete all the messages in the main box since they are duplicated.
