Hello. I am having trouble accessing Yahoo links on both my iPhone and iPad. No Yahoo pages load in any browser I try, preventing me from accessing my Yahoo mail. You can reply to me at [redacted] as I will check it using my friend's laptop. Thank you.

Yahoo is my current home page, but I keep receiving a very irritating notification prompting me to set Yahoo as my home page. When I try to click on it, it asks me to install an app. I'm hesitant to install an app without any information from Yahoo, especially when its main function seems to be what I'm already doing - setting Yahoo as my home page. How can I prevent this from happening before I switch to Google as my home page?

I bought an Amazon 7" tablet three years ago. Recently, the tablet suddenly stopped working. When it was functional, it required a pin to unlock it, which I have now forgotten. There is precious data saved on the tablet, including memories of my late mother. I used to have a Yahoo email associated with it. Any help and guidance on how to recover the data would be greatly appreciated. My mother, who passed away this year at [redacted] years old, has sentimental information stored on that tablet that I would love to retrieve.

I recently received a notification from Yahoo stating there was unusual activity on my email account. They requested to send a verification link to my old alternate email address, but I no longer have access to that email since changing ISPs. I didn't provide a phone number either. I'm hoping to confirm my identity using my new ISP's email or have Yahoo support update the settings and send a verification code to my unlisted smartphone at [redacted].

I remember my Yahoo login and password, but I was prompted to use a Yahoo account key with my phone number while I was in the UK. Now that I am no longer there and my phone number is no longer active, Yahoo won't let me access my account without that number. This security policy is locking me out of my account, and I'd appreciate being granted access to my account without the need for the old phone number.

Hello Yahoo support team, I am having trouble accessing my email account since I changed my phone number and no longer have access to it. Whenever I try the recovery option by selecting "I no longer have access to this phone," I keep getting an error message saying "uh oh." The system said there would be a recovery option after 24 hours, but I have been trying for four days now and still facing the same issue. I am not getting any option to enter a password instead of receiving an account key on my old phone, which I no longer have. Please reach out to me on my new number at +65 [redacted]6. Thank you.

Every time I open my Yahoo mail account, I see a message at the bottom of the page that I do not want to have. It says that they have updated their advertising partners and their methods of collaboration. It gives an option to allow partners to access my device for data collection and personalized ad serving. I want to know how to stop this message from appearing.

Your help in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated. I am reaching out for help on behalf of a close friend who is in urgent need of support. Thank you and best regards,

I arrived in India on the 12th of December. Initially, I was able to access my email account without any issues. However, after a few days, I was prompted to choose between 4 different levels of Yahoo when trying to sign in. I opted to stick with my original account but encountered a problem where I was asked to change my password. Being an elderly individual, it's possible that I may have made a mistake with my password entry. Despite several attempts, I could not get the password accepted. I would be grateful for any assistance you can provide. - Jill H.

I've been stuck in this verification loop for 10 minutes now, and it keeps asking me to verify my alternate addresses repeatedly. I don't have time for this issue to persist. I've already verified both my alternate addresses, but it won't let me access my ponymaster account without another round of verification. Could someone please assist me in getting out of this loop? Additionally, I'd like to request a backup zip file of my files from my ponymaster Yahoo account.

I am trying to access my original Yahoo account. I forgot my password and after multiple attempts, I finally got it right. I am experiencing an issue with Yahoo as I am unable to update my cell phone number for my email account. I have tried to access my account [redacted] but can't due to my old phone number, [redacted], being linked to it. Despite trying to update it to my new number, [redacted], I keep receiving errors. This has been frustrating as the problem seems to be on Yahoo's end. Please contact me at [redacted] with a code so I can regain access to my TruckQueen55 account. I find it unreasonable that it is taking so long to resolve a simple phone number change.

My email is [redacted] I am trying to add people to my list called Son Seekers, but I can't figure out how to do it or add them back to the list. They used to be on the list about 4 months ago, and some are still there, but not all of them. When I send out information to the Son Seeker group, I don't have a Yahoo or AT&T account. I used to have a phone with AT&T but switched to another provider. I have searched all over your site and can't find any information on how to add to a folder or change a name to put them in a new folder. I send out a list to about 30 people every week and need help. I'm 77, so please make it easy for me. John H. from Fleming Island, Florida. Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I attempted to access an old email but could only retrieve messages up to Oct. 28, [redacted]. After contacting Rogers, my service provider, they informed me that the issue originated with Yahoo. Despite unsuccessful attempts to reach Yahoo, I sought help from my company's tech support. Unfortunately, even they were unable to recover the lost emails. Yahoo reportedly stated that after one week, they couldn't assist in restoring the emails. As an 87-year-old retiree, I rely on these emails for my home-based business operations. It's frustrating that Yahoo created this problem and hasn't taken responsibility for resolving it. It's crucial for Yahoo to address and rectify this issue promptly.

I am having an issue with my email account, [redacted] I have been using this account for over 15-20 years. Recently, the account stopped refreshing emails on my mobile. Although I am confident about the password, I tried to reset it, but the "forgot password" option is not helpful. I need to access this very old account as there are important emails that I have to retrieve. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I have been receiving Yahoo group emails in my Gmail account [redacted], which appear to be intended for someone who uses an alternate recovery email [redacted] Due to Gmail's feature where it recognizes email addresses with or without periods, I am receiving emails meant for the other person. I have been getting various emails from different companies intended for the other user's account, indicating a possible input error. I am worried that the individual with the Yahoo account might miss important messages, such as those regarding downloading their data. I would like to request that my email address be removed from their Yahoo account to avoid further confusion.
