I recently discovered my old iPod, which is linked to the Apple ID under [redacted] Realizing I have had this iPod since middle school and I am now 21 years old, I tried to log in but couldn't remember my password. After attempting to recover it through Yahoo using my two known passwords with no success, I was prompted for an old phone number from a TextNow app that I no longer have access to. I then tried to answer security questions I made in 4th or 5th grade, only recalling half of them. Is there a way to regain access to my old account or will I never be able to use my iPod again? I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account and resetting my password using the provided email.

Hello, I have forgotten the passwords for two Yahoo email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], as they both had the same password. Due to an 8-month hospital stay with limited internet access, I have also forgotten passwords for other sites linked to these accounts. I am unable to recover them through the usual password recovery options since they require a phone number that I currently can't access. I am hoping to verify my identity through providing my ID or by remembering the old password I used. I also suggest checking the IP addresses used to log into my account from my usual PC and router. Hello, I am currently experiencing issues with my email address when using third-party apps. The problem seems to be related to my Yahoo account, specifically the lack of an activated password on the Account Security screen. Unlike my other email addresses, this particular one does not give me the option to change my password in the Account Security settings. I wish to secure this email address with a password to ensure its safety and enable its use on Gmail via my mobile device.

My Sky email, managed by Yahoo, suddenly stopped working. Despite two password changes and security question revisions with Sky email support over a 2-hour call, the issue remains unresolved. Yahoo Mail works on their site and iPhone but not with Outlook [redacted], where the passwords are not being accepted. After researching online, it seems adjusting security settings on the Yahoo account could help, but guidance on the website is unclear. Hello Yahoo, I used to have 2 Yahoo accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], but haven't accessed them in around 8 or 9 years. Today, when I tried to log in, I realized I forgot the passwords. To recover them, I needed the phone numbers I used to register. I remember only one number, +84 [redacted] connected to [redacted] However, as I'm now living in Australia, I don't have access to that old number to receive the verification code. I am extremely frustrated with Yahoo to the point where I am considering switching to another email service. I recently tried to send a long letter on my email page, but the system wouldn't allow me to send it. After writing my message and clicking send, nothing happens, the page redirects to my inbox, and I lose all my content. This experience has left me very upset. When I attempted to contact Yahoo for support, I faced a wait time of 1 to 2 hours, which I find unacceptable as my time is valuable. Additionally, I discovered that I would have to pay a fee for assistance, which I cannot afford on my fixed income. I strongly believe it is unfair for Yahoo to charge customers for help, especially considering they are a large company. If email is the only option for assistance and I cannot speak to a live representative, I will have no choice but to cancel my account. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I received a message saying that I didn't mention the issue to the tech support team. I clearly mentioned that I was unable to print my contact list and uninstall unwanted programs. The tech support then advised an external service with a $[redacted] charge, which I found unnecessary. I declined the offer and managed to resolve the problems myself, without any assistance from Yahoo. I am frustrated with the constant changes Yahoo makes to its procedures. It feels like they are intentionally complicating things rather than simplifying them.

Additionally, they are asking for a code from my old UK phone number, but I have changed my number to a French one due to relocating. My phone was stolen on November 21st, [redacted]. I reported it to the police and received a case number. As my phone was not recovered, I had to purchase a new iPhone and was advised by the police to change my phone number. When trying to access my Yahoo email account, they sent a passcode to my old phone number, which is no longer in use. I need to update my phone number on my Yahoo account to my new one. My Yahoo Mail account was unexpectedly deleted, leaving me unable to retrieve a recovery code to access my Facebook account. Facebook does not offer live help, compounding the issue. I urgently need to regain access to my Yahoo account to receive the recovery code for Facebook before my old phone, which is still logged in, becomes unusable. Despite having the correct phone number on Facebook, the recovery text never arrives, and I prefer using email for recovery over contacting my cell provider. I am in a dilemma between trying to access my vanished Yahoo account or dealing with my cell provider to resolve the text issue. The content in my Yahoo account holds 10-11 years of irreplaceable memories, private messages, photos, and posts that are crucial and could impact future endeavors if lost.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account and emails. Previously, access was through a password that I haven't forgotten. However, Yahoo has changed the access method to access keys, and my phone number and email address associated with the account are no longer valid. I moved from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada to the Philippines in September [redacted]. My previous phone number was [redacted] with Fido in BC, and my old email [redacted] was with Shaw Cable in BC. I simply want to regain access to my account using my password.
