I would like to speak with a Yahoo customer service representative regarding an alarming message I received. I was contacted via email and phone call notifying me that my account was flagged due to viruses and a trojan. They requested me to purchase a $[redacted] gift card and provide them with the access number on the back for assistance, claiming it was necessary for their bank to resolve the issue and reimburse me. I am eager to speak with a genuine person regarding my account status. If my account has truly been compromised, I will take steps to close it and set up a new one with a different provider. Unfortunately, I have just realized that you are not associated with Yahoo, rendering this experience fruitless. I am upset and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau for further clarification.

I have been writing repeatedly, hoping to resolve an issue with my Yahoo account, but each time I am directed to pay for assistance. Despite being a loyal Yahoo customer for years, the problem remains unresolved. Once again, I lost my phone last year and cannot recall the phone number or password for my recovery email. This email contains crucial student loan information that I urgently need. I kindly request for my old email address, [redacted], to be linked to my new email, [redacted], if possible. I believe this should be a straightforward process given today's technology. I am willing to provide any necessary security information to prove ownership of both accounts. Your help is greatly appreciated as I have been struggling with this issue for over a year. Thank you for your support.

I have reported the issue multiple times, but the responses I receive are not addressing my concern. I have not been receiving emails from a specific website, and the website claims it is a problem with my email provider. This is frustrating as it has been 4 days without receiving an important security email that needs my immediate attention. I used to get emails from [redacted], and now it has been 4 days without any success in receiving the necessary email from the website. I have checked my email daily but still have not received the important link for the security change.

I am interested in searching for information about the World Health Organization (WHO), particularly its purpose, importance, and membership details. Additionally, I came across articles on the Pareto Principle, SWOT Analysis, Blog Strategies, Trade and Globalization, and Colon Cancer. These articles provide valuable insights into various topics such as career development, marketing strategies, global trade impacts, and medical conditions like colon cancer and irritable bowel syndrome. The details covered range from the basics to more in-depth analysis, offering a comprehensive understanding of each subject.

I am currently unable to access my old Yahoo account because I forgot the password some time ago. I created a new account which is fine, but my old email is linked to my PlayStation 4 Network profile. It's essential for me to regain access to that email in order to update my information there. The old email address is [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the cellphone number associated with that email, which is hindering my ability to recover the account. I am aware of the security questions for the account, but I can't proceed as I no longer possess the old cellphone number. The system simply states, "Uh-oh we can't help you," which is frustrating. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sadly, my phone got stolen with my SIM Card and without my ID Card. The phone was signed into my two Yahoo accounts: "[redacted]" and "[redacted]". When I try to access them, it prompts me to use the phone app, which I no longer have. Other options involve sending emails to each other or sending a code to my missing phone, which is impossible. This situation is complicated and distressing since my life revolves around these two Yahoo accounts. I'm hoping for a solution. Thank you.

Since the merger of AT&T and Yahoo, I have been facing issues with my email account, [redacted] This email address is a sub-account of [redacted] Emails sent to [redacted] are not showing up in the inbox, although they are not being bounced back as undeliverable. Specifically, I am trying to retrieve an important email from April 1st or 2nd that seems to be missing. The company claims to have sent the information, but I have not received it. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service support and the inability to reach a live person for help. I urgently need assistance in fixing this issue and retrieving the missing email. Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sally L.

I am writing in regards to my personal email: [redacted] The last time I synced my primary account was on 26/27 July. At that time, I do not recall changing any passwords or settings for my account. However, I misplaced my phone and sim card around 20 July, which has my email linked to several personal financial and private accounts. To confirm ownership of my account: - It is associated with my primary Monash University email account, [redacted], which serves as my university's secondary email. - It is directly linked to the Australian Department of Immigration as my primary email for visa, COE, and healthcare matters. - Various gaming and software accounts like Battle.net, Escape from Tarkov, and Nintendo. - Connections to financial accounts at the Commonwealth Bank in Melbourne, Australia, and PayPal. - Other software accounts including UberEats, Deliveroo, OSHC Allianz, Tokopedia, and eBay. I have attempted various potential password combinations as I seldom change or diversify my passwords. I believe you can review the logs of my login attempts up to this month. While my account may have been compromised or the password altered, I have not detected any financial or other activities not initiated by me (bank transfers, food deliveries, eBay). I am willing to provide receipts, bank statements, purchase confirmations, or account associations with any secondary accounts to verify ownership. This email is vital due to its extensive connections with important personal institutions.

I have noticed that many Republican and Trump-related emails I usually receive have been mistakenly sent to my spam folder. I am concerned about this and I would like to know why this is happening. I believe this could be suppressing conservative voices, which goes against the values of free thinking and belief diversity. I kindly request your organization to stop sending emails related to my associations with Trump and other conservative groups to spam. If this continues, I will consider reporting this issue to conservative members of Congress and the Senate, as well as raising it as a form of support suppression. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly. Please address this matter promptly and cease these actions that appear to be undermining conservative viewpoints. Let's respect freedom of expression in America. Expecting a timely response. Thank you. Regards, CR

I am having trouble logging into my Yahoo Mail using the account key. Despite entering my recovery phone number and requesting the passcode multiple times, I never receive it. My phone number is valid as I can receive passcodes when logging into my Gmail account. I also attempted to use my recovery email, but it was not recognized. Unfortunately, I do not have another recovery email on file.

I'm having trouble accessing my Yahoo account. Customer service wants me to pay a ransom to regain access. I can't change the password, email, or phone number linked to the account. The company is not helping and I'm frustrated. I no longer have the phone attached to the account, making it harder to reset. I need access urgently as I have important documents stored there. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

I am looking to access an old gaming account that contains important items. The email linked to it is my Yahoo! account, which I haven't used in years. Although I have the correct password, the system requires a confirmation code sent to my old Gmail account, which I also haven't accessed in a long time and can't remember the password for. I am facing frustration as I simply need to access my Yahoo! account to verify my identity and regain my ROBLOX account. Despite sending numerous screenshots to ROBLOX for verification, they are still not convinced. This seems to be my only solution. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Best regards, A.

In [redacted], I began using computers and created two email accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] Approximately a year ago, my btinternet account stopped loading incoming mail, and six weeks ago, my yahoo.co.uk account suddenly became inaccessible, stating it didn't recognize me. Despite still receiving emails, I've lost crucial ones. I noticed a new account, s.biggs7875, was created using my ID with a slight variation. It's a Yahoo account not created by me. Please help me recover my important email addresses. My phone numbers are [redacted]3 and [redacted]0. Thank you.

In [redacted], my husband locked me out of my email account, "[redacted]," which I believe I created in [redacted] while living at Camp Lejeune in NC. Due to domestic violence issues, my ex-husband took control of all my accounts in 2[redacted], including this specific email account that held conversations with my late mom, Joan White. These emails are very sentimental to me. Although the backup email was changed by him, I have some contacts and printed copies of conversations that might help in recovering access to this account. I'm hoping to regain entry to retrieve these important emails.

This morning, Yahoo Mail prompted me about a sign-in attempt to my account ([redacted]). Upon using my fingerprint to open my phone, it displayed a message saying there was no account key available. I am concerned whether my email was accessed between 9/28-29. I have not tried to log in recently as I usually stay logged in on my devices. It seems someone tried to access it, and I would like to confirm if they were successful. In such situations, it would be helpful to receive more details on what occurred, including the location or IP address of the login attempt for reporting purposes.

I lost access to my recovery email, but I remember the password. Despite knowing the password, I can't log in due to Yahoo's security question about my uncle. The account was created when I was 9 with the help of someone, and even the creator doesn't know the answer to the security question. The inactive email is [redacted], while my current one is [redacted] I'm willing to answer any questions about the account to prove my ownership. Please verify the IP address for security.
