Hello, I need assistance with my Yahoo account. My email address, [redacted], has two recovery email addresses linked to it - Gmail and Protonmail, both of which are verified. Despite deleting the Protonmail address from the Yahoo settings page multiple times, it still shows up as the second step for password reset. My Gmail address works perfectly as a recovery reference, but I need to completely remove the Protonmail address, [redacted], from the Yahoo system since I am closing it permanently. Thank you. Best regards.

I am currently experiencing a significant issue. I recently relocated from Pakistan to the UK. Today, when attempting to access my Yahoo account, I was prompted to verify my identity by entering a code sent to my Pakistani phone number. As I am now in the UK, I am unable to receive this code, resulting in the inability to access my Yahoo account. This is quite urgent as I have an upcoming interview in 2 days, and the details have been emailed to this inaccessible account. Despite reaching out to Yahoo through various channels, I have been unable to find a solution. I urgently require access to my account. The account in question is [redacted]

I am writing to inform you that I recently read the messages in my email regarding the update needed for my account's security, warning that my incoming emails would be stopped and locked if not addressed. I managed to update my account security just last week since I was on a 15-day vacation from the office, and I fear my emails may now be locked. I kindly request a reconsideration of this matter as my email is vital for business purposes, specifically health-related issues. I work in a government hospital, and our clients, patients, coworkers, and Chief of Hospitals across 8 government hospitals, including the Department Of Health (DOH), are all familiar with this email address. They use it to send documents and other materials related to health concerns. I did not neglect the security update; rather, I was away without internet access. Thank you for your understanding and I hope for a favorable resolution. Sincerely, E. C. Magno Administrative Officer V Bay District Hospital Maitim, Bay, Laguna Email for the issue: [redacted]

I've had two Yahoo emails for years. One of them, [redacted], is linked to my Microsoft/Xbox account. I haven't used that email for a while. When I tried to log in, I found out the account no longer exists. I need to access it to make changes to my Microsoft/Xbox account due to recent hacker activity. Can you help me regain access to this email account?

I have been a loyal Yahoo customer for 15 years. Over the years, I have maintained two Yahoo email addresses, one for my family fantasy league and the other for professional purposes. The one linked to my Apple account is especially crucial. When attempting to log in, I realize that my accounts are being mixed up, directing me to the incorrect account, stayfloating@ymail, instead of kristopherscotthackney@yahoo. Despite much effort, the issue persists. The email notifications are disorganized, resulting in duplicates, and I encounter problems setting up drafts for family league invitations. I am hoping to recover my kristopherscotthackney@yahoo account, which holds my winning record and financial information. Contacting me via email as requested is challenging due to these technical difficulties. I trust that this matter can be resolved promptly.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Yahoo Email Account and Activation Lock Issue Hi there, I am Fatjon Suli, reaching out regarding an urgent matter with my Yahoo email account. I have been facing a frustrating ordeal for weeks now. I have an email address, [redacted], that I have not used in years and I have forgotten the password. The main issue is that my iPad is currently stuck in Activation Lock mode, and I am unable to unlock or activate it because the iOS is linked to my old email address. I have tried various methods to reset the password, such as using the recovery email address, verification code via phone number, and answering security questions, but all my attempts have been unsuccessful. I desperately need access to this email address to unlock my iPad. I am willing to provide all necessary details to verify my ownership of the account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I cannot log in to my Yahoo account. My name is B. Stovall, and my email is [redacted] I used to have my email set up for automatic login on my old phone. When I tried to login on a different device, I would request a password change via text message, which happened frequently. Due to a recent emergency, I had to change my phone number. I haven't accessed my Yahoo email recently but just realized there is an urgent message I need to see. I tried to get help from customer service but couldn't pay the fee. I've tried various methods to regain access but with no success. I'm reaching out for help. My date of birth is March 14, [redacted], and I have been in Northwest Arkansas. A former password was "Hannah19," and the phone number linked was [redacted]. I can verify specific emails like those from family members and related to my business. Please contact me at [redacted]. I have been receiving emails that are not intended for my "registered" email address. My primary email account is "[redacted]," and lately, I have been getting emails addressed to various names like "Dick," "Van Dick," and "Van Dick Groenewold." I have carefully checked the addresses used, and most of them include my original email "[redacted]" Although my legal name is Van Dick Groenewold, I have never used it as an email address. I found these misaddressed emails in my spam folder while looking for the correctly addressed ones.

I keep getting numerous messages in my spam folder. Some were sent to my longtime "legitimate" email, while others were addressed to variations of my legitimate address. Now, I'm being questioned on how I fixed this issue. I reported a problem, and now they want to know how I resolved it. It feels like a deja vu of [redacted]!

My email is [redacted] I decided to update my login process by using the Yahoo Mail app, which provides a code for me to enter. Unfortunately, I can no longer receive the code via text as my phone number has changed and my phone with the app got deleted accidentally. This left me permanently locked out of my Yahoo account, which is concerning as I have important legal documents and other information stored there. I remember the last password I used, and I can still access my Facebook account which is linked to my Yahoo account. I'm in urgent need of assistance to regain access.

Hello. I am Khuzaimah. I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account that I set up around 3 to 4 years ago. I have not been able to access the account since [redacted] due to forgetting my password, which I changed last year. The phone number I used for recovery is no longer in use, so I can't receive the recovery link. I need to find another way to recover my email password without sending the recovery code to my old number. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you, Khuzaimah Khalid.

I've been trying to regain access to my Yahoo account [redacted], as it had been inactive and possibly hacked. After speaking to a technician, I removed spam and changed passwords frequently. However, after adding my recovery email [redacted] to both Yahoo and Gmail apps, I got logged out. Now, I can't access either email as recovery emails are being sent to inaccessible accounts. I tried my recent password, but it didn't work. I need to access my Yahoo account using security questions or account creation date to eliminate Gmail as a recovery option. My Gmail is solely for bills and shopping. Changing my password numerous times may have led to a security concern. Apple suggested contacting Yahoo for help. I had to create a new Gmail for communication regarding this matter. Thank you.

I have been effortlessly accessing my Yahoo and Gmail accounts on my Galaxy S8 until it unfortunately got run over by my truck. Now, I cannot recall the password for either account, with no backup email or recovery phone. The information in my accounts is solely for my use, so the heightened security measures are causing inconvenience. I initially relied on security questions, which Yahoo no longer supports. I am frustrated with the strict security since I only need access to my contact information, not sensitive data. It seems unfair that a hacker could potentially access my accounts while I, the rightful owner, am locked out. I am attempting to resolve this with Yahoo, although I find Google's security measures overly intrusive.

I have encountered multiple problems lately with my Yahoo email account. Initially, I had trouble locating the "contacts" icon, as it disappeared when I attempted to add a new contact. Furthermore, while trying to delete emails by selecting them, clicking on a box would unexpectedly open the email. Recently, my inbox started displaying only about 12 of the latest emails, pushing older ones off the list as new emails arrived. I found a customer service phone number for Yahoo (1-[redacted]) through a Chrome search, leading to a conversation with "Adam Rodgers" about supposed issues with my IP address. However, the costly solutions offered by "professional" companies aren't feasible for me as a retired teacher on a limited pension. After saving the contact information provided by "Adam," I couldn't locate the file later. Today, when attempting to access my email, I received a "site not found" message. Despite no longer having an account with ATT, they were suggested as a solution. I rely heavily on email and would appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer promptly. Please respond to my Gmail address provided below. Thank you for your help. Cyndee M.

Upon logging back into my Yahoo email after a short absence, I was shocked to find that 17 years' worth of emails had disappeared. Yahoo's policy indicates they delete emails after 12 months of inactivity, but this is not the case for me. Despite my efforts to reach out to Yahoo for assistance over the past two days, I have only received automated responses claiming it has been a year since I last logged in (which is inaccurate). My latest reply from them falsely stated it had been 5 days since I contacted them, when it had only been a matter of hours. The situation has left me frustrated as I am certain Yahoo still has my email data, which could be legally required for law enforcement. I believe my emails are rightfully mine, and Yahoo should not be able to restrict my access to them based on any policy. I am desperate for guidance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing issues with accessing both of my Yahoo email accounts. Despite knowing my passwords, I am unable to verify them as the accounts have frozen. After spending five frustrating hours attempting to resolve the problem, I received a message to try again later. I am seeking assistance from a live customer service representative at no cost. If necessary, I am willing to provide my personal information. My Yahoo email accounts are [redacted] and [redacted] Whenever I tried to verify the passwords, I received an error stating that they were invalid. This problem has not occurred with other email providers like Google or Hotmail. I hope to recover access to my accounts without further issues. Thank you for your help. Danny
