I recently updated my phone number and am unable to recall my Yahoo password. Access to my Yahoo account is crucial for transferring other accounts to a new email. To resolve this, go to the Yahoo sign-in page and select "forgot password." Complete the security questions correctly within three attempts. If unsuccessful, complete the captcha verification, focus, and try again three more times. If the issue persists, contact the Free Help Desk for assistance where Yahoo will address your concerns directly. As a final option, utilize the online chat support for further help. I need to access my security questions promptly.

I am unable to reset my Yahoo.com email password as the verification code sent to my husband's email address, which is linked to my account, is not being received due to an incorrect address listed with Yahoo. Even the option to receive the code via phone is not working. I am providing my husband's correct email address for assistance. Thank you for your help. - Raya

I operate a website where users need to activate their accounts via email. The process works smoothly for Google accounts but is problematic for Yahoo users. Many are reporting not receiving emails promptly, or worse, not at all. I believe I've set up the DNS settings correctly to facilitate email sending.

We have been experiencing email delivery issues since June 24, [redacted], where emails to Yahoo accounts are bouncing back. Despite advising our users to resend after 48 hours as per Yahoo's recommendation, the problem persists. We suspect a domain block on our end as we use shared IP addresses for rcbc.com and rcbcsavings.com, affecting transactions with Yahoo users. The impacted sending IPs are [redacted].53.[redacted].24, [redacted].5.69.92, [redacted].53.[redacted].25, [redacted].5.69.93, [redacted].53.[redacted].99, and [redacted].5.69.83. The error messages received include "[redacted] 4.7.0 [tss04]" and "[redacted] 5.7.9". These issues are disrupting various email types, including personal, business, and marketing emails, which are crucial for our bank's client communications.

I am struggling to access my Yahoo account. I lost my phone, which had my Account Key, and now I am trying to log into the Yahoo Mail app on my new phone. Unfortunately, I can't remember my password and I am unable to reset it without the Account Key. I tried another verification method, but the phone number on my account is outdated, and my alternative email is no longer active. I have had this account for many years and have overlooked updating my information. Although I can still access my account on my PC, I am concerned about potentially losing access to my emails if I get logged out. Additionally, I am unable to add the account to my new phone. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Forhad Mia from Bangladesh. I have been using Yahoo Mail for a long time. In [redacted], I went to Malaysia for my higher education and got a Malaysian SIM card along with a new phone. I logged into my Yahoo account on the new phone, but I'm unsure about how the SIM number was linked to my Yahoo Mail account. I have returned to my country now, and I am trying to log in to my Yahoo account on another phone. However, I am unable to do so because when I try to change my password, Yahoo asks for verification using the Malaysian number which I no longer have access to. I do have another option to verify through my Gmail account, but I have not received any verification code from Yahoo on that account. Yahoo Mail holds a lot of valuable memories for me, so I really need to regain access.

I recently changed my phone number for the third time and now I can't access my Yahoo account. I tried to sign in using my password, but the account recovery options are outdated. I have no way to recover it online and calling customer service hasn't been helpful. I urgently need to update my recovery phone number to my current one. My Yahoo account is essential for me as I receive crucial emails there. I can only be reached through my school email for now. Please assist me in recovering my account and updating my recovery options. Thank you.

I received a sign-in sheet and instructions in a foreign language. I want to highlight that we have been living in Mexico for an extended vacation. Your company seems to be tracking us through GPS without considering our preferences. Could you please provide English login options for myself and other Americans? We have our login details in an encrypted thumb drive. The links provided seem to be in Spanish, which is not helpful. Kindly address this language barrier for a more accessible user experience. Thank you.

Hi, my email address is [redacted] I am currently in Indonesia for family purposes. I am using a local cellphone number with data (+[redacted]8) here, but my WhatsApp is still linked to my Canadian number (+[redacted]8) from 7-Eleven Speakout without data. When I try to sign in to my Yahoo mail, they send a verification code to my Canadian number, but I can't receive it as I don't have data. Is there an alternative way to verify that I am the owner of the email account? Thank you. P.S: I have attached my son's Google email.

I am facing an issue with my Yahoo email account, Sandylives2, which is no longer recognized by Yahoo since June 27. When trying to recreate it with the same username, it indicates that there is already an account with that name. I have attempted to contact customer service through email multiple times without any success. My alternate Yahoo email, [redacted], is currently working but was not my main email recently. I would appreciate any advice as I couldn't find a phone number for assistance.

I recently received an email that appeared to be from SKY. Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked on a link in the email and entered my password as they requested. After realizing it was a scam, the scammers started sending scam emails to everyone in my contacts. I contacted SKY and they assisted me in changing my email password. However, I have noticed that I haven't received any emails in my inbox all day, which is unusual. I am concerned that someone may be redirecting them elsewhere, despite changing my password. How can I ensure that this is not happening and have peace of mind again? Graham.

This morning, all six of my Yahoo email accounts were "updated." Unfortunately, during this process, I lost a significant amount of my 15+ years' worth of contacts, notes, and contact details. I am also experiencing issues with editing and keep receiving an error message stating it cannot connect at the moment. I find this situation extremely frustrating, impolite, and unprofessional. Please provide guidance as soon as possible via phone. David S. Bloomfield, ON Canada Telephone: [redacted] (a landline, so voice calls only)

Hello, I am Fambason Kisso, a male Kenyan citizen with ID [redacted]3. I am currently unable to access my [redacted] account that I created in [redacted]/[redacted]. My recovery phone number, [redacted], was reassigned by my service provider Safaricom after I changed numbers, making it challenging to retrieve my account. I attempted to contact the new owner of the phone number, but faced difficulty due to a language barrier. The first activity done with the number was to join Facebook, and I have additional information such as the current password. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as I rely on it, especially for my LinkedIn registration. I am willing to provide any necessary details for verification. Thank you for your help.

I recently changed my password on Yahoo three weeks ago, but now I am unable to access my email because it doesn't recognize the new password. This seems to be a recurring issue that happens every few weeks or months, where I am prompted to change my password. I have been a long-time Yahoo user, but this constant password problem is frustrating. If this continues, I will switch to a different email provider that functions properly. I have been directed to contact Horst Haessler, who I do not know and is not applicable to my situation.

The support team was not helpful and kept insisting on verifying my identity with a Horst Haessler. Despite providing another email address and phone number, they are not utilizing them for the verification process. I simply want to access my emails without receiving notifications that my password is incorrect, especially since Yahoo made me change it just three weeks ago. It would be more convenient if they contacted me through the alternative email address for verification purposes. I am puzzled by Yahoo's continuous need for verification. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] I hope Yahoo has not lost my information.

I am experiencing continued issues accessing my Yahoo email account despite changing my password three weeks ago. Despite providing my correct name, I am directed to someone named Horst Haessler instead of Caroline Haessler. Yahoo has my alternate email and phone number for contact, but I have not received assistance. This recurring issue is frustrating, and I expect Yahoo to resolve it promptly. I have attempted to seek help through Yahoo's support services without success. If this problem persists, I may consider using a different email service. I urge Yahoo to improve its support system to avoid inconveniencing users like me who rely on accessing their emails regularly.

I purchased a new iPad Air from the Apple Store yesterday, July 10, [redacted]. The store staff helped with the setup, but I encountered issues with my user ID and password, leading to being locked out. After a 1 1/2-hour call with AT&T last night, my user ID was changed to Elaine [redacted] and the passcode to Pf5gotya. I was able to sign in to att.net on my iPad successfully. However, today, July 11, I am unable to send or receive emails on the new iPad, and none of the user IDs or passwords seem to work. I had all my devices synced earlier. I've already been through multiple AT&T departments and would appreciate assistance. It would be great if a tech could call me to resolve this matter.

I haven't used the email [redacted] in over 5 years and need it deactivated as I no longer have access to it. Despite not using it for so long, it's still active, and I can't remember the password or recovery email associated. I set it up when I was young, but now I find it unprofessional and want it gone. I tried contacting customer service, but the person I spoke with was rude and hung up on me when asked to be transferred to the right department. This experience was unsatisfactory and not how customer service representatives should behave.
