I have a [redacted] account that I originally used to sign up. Later, I added a small business account [redacted], which I have used for years with Thunderbird. Yahoo recently split personal and small business accounts, notifying the personal account only. Now, I can't access [redacted] as it says the credentials are wrong, even though they were changed, and I can't receive reset emails because they go to the locked account. I'm also unable to activate my login ID as the emails don't reach the alternate address I provide. I'm trying to move my domain, but the new provider says it's locked due to my inaccessible account. The support number provided is not helpful, causing frustration as I'm in South Africa. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am David Wood, a long-time web hosting customer with the website dhwoodlaw.com. Regrettably, my email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], have suddenly stopped functioning, preventing me from accessing important work emails for about two weeks. Despite reaching out to Yahoo multiple times, they have directed me to their Small Business Customer Service Team webpage or phone line, where I encounter long wait times with no resolution. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo Mail account. Despite knowing my password, I am unable to log in as it prompts me to verify my account through a verification code sent to an old phone number I no longer have access to. Additionally, the alternate email linked to my account is also requesting verification through the same outdated phone number, causing a loop. As my first and crucial email account, this is concerning as it holds my important emails and is connected to various apps including Facebook and Flickr. I have had one of my Yahoo accounts since [redacted]. My Facebook is linked to that account, which I haven't used in a while. I logged out of Facebook and requested a password reset to the Yahoo account linked to it. Although this is not my primary Yahoo account, I do not use the one connected to Facebook anymore, only for my Facebook login. I am unable to access the account due to forgetting the password and not recognizing the recovery email associated with it. I want to update the recovery email to my current primary email, but I can't due to not remembering the passwords. These accounts are significant to me, and I am looking for a solution to this issue. The account I cannot access and wish to recover is "[redacted]," and the email I want to add for account recovery is "[redacted]"

Summary of the issue: I am having trouble adding my phone number to my Yahoo account because the system does not ignore the zero when adding the international code for Algeria. I am trying to add my number 067xxxxx25, which should be +21367xxxxx25 for Algeria, but the system adds +[redacted] before the number, resulting in +213067xxxxx25. This means I can't receive verification codes or calls. The system should ignore the zero when adding the international code for Algeria and save it as +21367xxxxx25 to receive verification codes properly. Your help fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my email account [redacted] Unfortunately, I have forgotten the new password that I recently set for my main email account. It was the same as my other Gmail account, which I had as a backup in case I forgot the password (not very wise to use the same password for all emails). Could you please provide me with a link to reset the password for my [redacted] account? I have everything linked there since [redacted]. I did not add my telephone number to it due to frequent hacking, which led to confusion after my last password change. I have temporarily created [redacted] to communicate with you. Never mind, I managed to fix it on my own. Can you please help me retrieve my email? I am not satisfied with the email support from Yahoo. There have been too many security breaches compromising clients' information over the past two years. I urgently require a phone call from customer service as I am unable to log in with my regular password to delete my account. The lack of a functional phone number is disappointing. I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Yahoo email account. Normally, when I click on my username, Karen Smith, a box appears for me to input my password. When attempting to log into my personal Yahoo email, the Yahoo Biz Mail page displays my correct personal username but prompts me to input my password. Once entered, it states the password is invalid and suggests setting up a new one, which I am hesitant about doing for a potential "biz mail" account. I have no interest in using an app or link to view personal emails on my mobile device and prefer to access my personal account with my original credentials. The sudden inability to log in using my long-standing username and password is puzzling and frustrating.

I have had a Yahoo account for the past year, but recently I can't log in from my phone or desktop. Every time I try to log in, a verification code is sent to my mobile number, but it arrives 6-7 hours later. I am seeking assistance with accessing my old Yahoo email account where I have precious photos of my late wife. I received an email that appears to be from "Yahoo" requesting me to fill in personal information to avoid immediate account closure due to alleged fraudulent activities. The message includes a link to click and fill in details like username, password, date of birth, and country/territory. It threatens permanent suspension of the account within 48 hours if not responded to. Despite the sender's email address being suspicious, I am unsure if this is a scam. I missed the deadline to update my Yahoo small business email account, causing it to update automatically and lock me out with my old password, the same one as my other Yahoo account. They advised contacting my administrator, but he couldn't help. Accessing Yahoo customer service requires logging in to the email I'm locked out of. I reached out to their general customer service, only to be directed back to small business customer care, which I can't access. When I replied, I was told to "raise a new case," which didn't help. Requesting a verification code also failed. I'm left with no choice but to notify my contacts and change back to my original email address, quite inconvenient.

I have not been able to access my email for years because I forgot the password and one security question. Although I cannot recall my favorite book when creating the email, it has remained active regardless. It serves as my Facebook login and now Facebook requires me to verify the account via email, leaving me stuck. I have been trying persistently to resolve this issue but to no avail.
