My name is David Wood. I have been a web hosting customer for many years. My website is dhwoodlaw.com. Recently (about * weeks ago), my emails which I have used for many years (*****@***.com and *****@***.com) stopped working, and I am apparently no longer able to access them. I have not received any emails on this account for about two weeks. This is a major problem for me, because I am missing very important emails for my work. I am very distressed and upset about this. I have written into Yahoo several times, and the only response I get is that I should go to the Small Business Customer Service Team webpage, or call them. I have gone to the webpage and tried many things, but nothing works. I have tried to call several times, but I just get put on hold, and nobody ever answers. A few days ago, I waited for over * hour and ** minutes, before I finally gave up and hung up. I am on hold right now, and it has now been ** minutes and counting. THIS IS RIDICULOUS - ABSURD - STUPID. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE call me. My number is ***-***-****. If they do not reach me, can they please just leave a message with a phone number where I can call them back and not have to wait for hours.
