Good afternoon, I have lost access to my old email account, [redacted], after forgetting the password and attempting multiple resets which resulted in the account being blocked. I need help to recover this email as it contains important personal photos and certificates that I cannot retrieve unless I regain access. I used this email from [redacted] to around [redacted]. Following the loss of my old email, I created a new one, [redacted], which I currently use. I am located in Kenya and can be reached at +[redacted]43. My name is Mbiu Muasa. I want to emphasize that my old email was for personal use, not for business purposes. Despite my previous attempts to contact Yahoo customer care for help, I was unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I require the "specific" IMAP account configuration details for Outlook [redacted] regarding my sbcglobal email account under your management. Could you please provide clear instructions online? It would be greatly helpful to have details about the incoming/outgoing server addresses, port numbers, SSL settings, and authentication type. Visual aids in the instructions would also be beneficial. My elderly family members, my uncle (@att.net) and dad (@sbcglobal.net), are struggling with email clients like Thunderbird and Outlook. Are the server settings different for @att.net and sbcglobal.net email addresses? Thank you.

I need help with my Yahoo email account ([redacted]). Yesterday, my email updated on my mobile, saying my password was changed and asked me to re-enter it. I didn't change my password, and I can't access the phone numbers linked to my account to receive a text for password recovery as I'm overseas in Europe for military service. I forgot my Yahoo Mail password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the second email linked to receive verification codes as it was deleted. I'm currently logged in on my phone, but can't remember the password to access my account on other devices. I've tried various methods without success. I urgently need access on other devices since I'll be getting a new phone and my Yahoo email is my only means of access. Can someone please assist me in regaining access to my Yahoo account? I recently received messages from Yahoo requesting an update for my Yahoo business account. Despite not using this account frequently, I complied with the instructions and now regret doing so. I mistakenly updated my account without being able to choose which email address is being updated, resulting in the disappearance of my second email address, [redacted] I urgently need access to email files stored in this second account. I updated [redacted] and "lost" [redacted] I have attempted to recover this account multiple times without success, except for one instance where the format was unfamiliar and I couldn't access the content in the boxes. I would appreciate assistance in reverting the business account update and restoring access to the synthespian account.

My business Yahoo email account, [redacted], has been hidden or closed. I need it restored urgently as I rely on it for communication with family, friends, and business contacts. I encountered a situation involving a fake Yahoo agent earlier. The number ended in [redacted], and I found out it wasn't legitimate when I visited Yahoo.com. Now, I need to reset my password for my Yahoo.com account. A representative helped me update my phone number, but she informed me I'd need to call back to finalize the password setup using my Mac laptop. Since my laptop wasn't charged during our initial conversation, I'm reaching out today to resolve this. Each time I try to access my email, it asks for an account code. The representative instructed me to disregard the code, set up a new password, and log in today. I mistakenly dialed what I believed was a Yahoo support number on Yahoo.com earlier, and I suspect it was a scam. The caller asked me to keep him on the line while I purchased a Google card from a store, ranging from $10 to $[redacted]. I refused, as I didn't have the funds and found his request suspicious. Despite his assurances of a quick refund, I declined. The false support number listed on Yahoo.com as Yahoo support is [redacted]. Please be cautious, as it's misleading and potentially harmful. My husband is unable to access his Yahoo email on his iPhone or iPad. A few months ago, he requested I update his password, but I failed to inform him or update our records. When he tried to log in recently, he couldn't remember the new password, which caused his account to get locked. We sought assistance from Future Shop where the phone was bought, but the technicians couldn't resolve it. Despite trying to re-add the Yahoo account, it seems there's an existing account issue. Please assist me in recovering my email account. I have been locked out of my Yahoo account for approximately two years now. The issue arose when my Android phone, which had the phone number linked to the account, got broken. I switched to Google services and carried on with my daily activities. The problem is that my Yahoo account was used for my fire programs ID during my time in school. Now, as I am applying for a new job and need copies of my certifications, I am unable to access the necessary website without getting into this email account. Despite answering the security question correctly, I no longer have access to the phone number or the Gmail account linked to the Yahoo account. I followed the steps recommended by Gmail, received a security code in my new account, and entered it correctly, but they were unable to verify my identity. Any assistance at this point would be greatly appreciated.

Yahoo Small Business recently had an update. I have my website hosted on Yahoo and received an email account with my hosting plan. However, I have only ever accessed my business email using my personal ID, which was linked to it. Following the recent changes to the Business account, I am now unable to access my business email as I never set a password or cannot recall it. When attempting to use their online support, I am prompted to log in with my business email and password, which I do not have. The provided phone numbers do not connect me with a live representative, despite spending hours on hold over the past few days. I urgently need assistance to activate my account and reset my password as I have not been able to access my business email for almost a week, despite being a paying customer. I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo business email account. I am facing an issue with accessing my personal Yahoo email account from my main computer. I have forgotten the passwords to my old emails, such as [redacted] and [redacted], which I made when I was 14-15 years old. The recovery email [redacted] is inaccessible too as I forgot its password. Another email linked to them, [redacted], also has a forgotten password. I used the same password for all three, but after many years, I cannot recall them. I wish to recover my accounts, including an old MySpace account with the profile name Will Holder connected to [redacted] These accounts are important to me, but I can no longer access them due to creating them when I was younger and forgetting the login details.

I am having issues with my domain, annerhodes.com. My email address, vagabondartist@annerhodes, was disabled for not verifying it, but the verification email was sent to [redacted] instead of the correct one. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Yahoo account [redacted], which I have owned for many years. It seems like my email account has been compromised, as someone is sending emails from my account to my work email and a contact. My email address is [redacted], which contains a lot of personal information. I am concerned about the access to my personal details. Furthermore, the suspicious email I received was supposedly from me but actually originated from a different email address [redacted] I am seeking advice on how to address this security breach and prevent any further unauthorized access to my account.
