My account was hacked, the password was changed, and a different phone number was linked to it, blocking my access. To verify my identity, I can provide my full name, address, date of birth, work details, maiden name, and work phone number. I am uncertain if the security questions were altered as I was not prompted to respond. The compromised email is [redacted], with the associated number now being [redacted], previously [redacted], which I no longer control. Access is critical as crucial personal data like bank statements, card details, and identification are at risk of misuse. Kindly assist in unlocking my account; I am willing to provide any necessary details for verification.

I encountered an issue accessing my email account. Following logging in with the correct email address and password, I was prompted to verify my ID. This process made me aware that the phone number designated for the code was outdated and the email address was incorrect due to my own oversight. I have been in communication with the customer service department twice. During these interactions, I provided details about email recipients, subject lines, customer folders, and subscriptions. Although this took place yesterday, I have not received any further updates. The last customer service representative I spoke with assured me they could easily resolve the problem. My main goal is to regain access to my email account. I am seeking contact with a support agent who possesses the capability to assist me efficiently with updating the outdated phone numbers and email addresses linked to the recovery process.

I recently had to replace the motherboard and hard drive in my laptop, and now I am struggling to access my Yahoo account where I have valuable photos and important documents stored. The account I need to get into is [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't use the phone number login method because I no longer have that phone. I believe the password might be either "sandra69" or "silverfox660," but I have tried both without success. I urgently need to retrieve those precious photos and documents, including pictures of my deceased mother and my son, who was adopted after my ex-wife lost custody. I would be willing to provide additional verification if needed. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my account is greatly appreciated.

A while back, I created a Yahoo account ([redacted]) but now I'm unable to access it because I can't remember the linked email address. Despite some hints from Yahoo, I can't recall the full name of the linked email. Currently, I can only access Skype using that Yahoo email. I need Yahoo to either link my old account to my current one for recovery or provide me with the complete details of the linked email so I can access it.

I recently changed my Yahoo password to an account key type. After being logged out of my account on my smartphone, I couldn't log back in using the account key password. Instead, it prompted me for phone numbers saved on my account, which were outdated as my account dates back to [redacted]. Although another number was listed, I no longer have access to it. I ended up on an "uh oh" page indicating account recovery may not be possible. I have important files on my Yahoo account and need urgent assistance with this issue. I appreciate any help you can provide on resolving this matter promptly.

My account has been compromised. My phone number is being used by someone named Ida Northrup, who is a friend of a friend. I noticed an account named "IdaNorthrupcountrygirls" associated with my number. I suspect she is located in the Ohio or Indiana area. I am unable to access my account reset options as she has changed them. Despite the secret questions being the same, I can't recall the answers she might have set. This account is linked to an old sbcglobal address from when it was active. I was able to retain it after an error with AT&T billing, which they resolved after overcharging me. Losing access to this account would result in losing money invested in classes.

We have web hosting through Yahoo, and recently renewed our subscription and domain because it was canceled due to non-payment. Despite being assured everything was fine, I have been unsuccessful in reaching support. Each time I call, I wait on hold for half an hour, receiving no assistance. When we visit our website, it shows as not secure. For some visitors, an outdated version of our site appears, with a template that is no longer in use. I want our website to load securely as it did before and prevent the old site from showing. The sites I mentioned load insecurely or display an outdated version: - www.frameitnowinc.com (loads unsecured) - frameitnowinc.com (shows our old site) Please provide guidance on resolving these issues. Thank you. Danielle

I usually comment on Yahoo news stories. Recently, I've noticed some members with extremely high posting numbers, possibly Russian trolls. Lately, I've received pushback and even been stalked by a Russian hacker claiming to be inside Yahoo's system. When I confronted him, he manipulated his icon and now someone has tampered with mine. My posts are not registering, no thumbs up, and don't show up when logged in from another Yahoo ID. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

Upon trying to log into my Yahoo Mail account, I encountered an issue where I couldn't recall my password. I followed the steps to reset it through the "forgot password" option on Yahoo Help Central. After providing my account details and attempting verification, I found myself stuck in a loop. Despite trying to guess my password and being locked out twice for 12 hours each time, I couldn't use my mobile number or secondary email to reset the password since they are not linked.

I faced issues accessing my Yahoo account after being continuously locked out for over two years. Despite receiving numerous verification codes and setting new passwords, I could only use them once before having to repeat the process. Frustrated, I switched to using Gmail. Today, I attempted accessing Yahoo on my secondary computer, successfully signing in with a fresh password. When I tried the same on my primary computer, it prompted me to change the password due to security reasons. However, upon trying to change it to the one from the secondary computer, I received an error message stating the password was too similar to the previous one. Despite being able to access my account on the secondary computer, I encountered difficulties on the primary one. Notably, the sign-in page on the primary computer displayed Yahoo - UK & Ireland, unlike the secondary computer. I am unsure why this disparity exists and would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue.

Hello, I am Tom Myrdahl. I have been using my email account [redacted] for years. Recently, I encountered an issue with my password not working on my home computer connected through Verizon. However, I can access my Yahoo email on my cell phone without any problems. AT&T, the owner of Yahoo, mentioned they were upgrading their system for security reasons, which is why I am unable to access my SBCglobal email on my home computer. AT&T seems to be pushing me to use Gmail instead. I would appreciate assistance with this matter as I prefer using my SBCglobal email on my computer. Thank you, Tom Myrdahl. Please respond to my cell or [redacted]

I would like to ensure that I am not automatically signed into my Yahoo email account. I prefer to manually input my password each time to help me remember it. It is important to me that I have the practice of signing in myself whenever I access my Yahoo mail on yahoo.com. I want to avoid automatic sign-in because I need the repetition of typing my password for memory reinforcement. Being 75 years old, this routine is beneficial for me and prevents me from forgetting my password. Therefore, I kindly request that I continue to enter my password every time I log into my Yahoo email account from my home computer. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring this setting for me.

Years ago, my children's mother and I shared an email account under [redacted] My name is Kim Marr, and her name is Narinda Emery. My phone number at that time was [redacted], but I'm unsure of Narinda's. After we separated, we both changed our contact information and lost access to the email account. We urgently need to retrieve it as our children's newborn photos are on the iCloud. Could we provide photo IDs and birth certificates for verification? I believe I initially set up this email account around 2[redacted] and stopped using it about two years ago. Please advise on what steps we can take. You can reach me at [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted], which I think was once linked to this account as a backup email. Thank you. Kim Marr

I created a new account to receive job notifications, shifting away from my old email. I hadn't used the old email for a while. Unfortunately, I got logged out of an app and needed to recover my password using that old email, which I no longer access. The recovery options ask for my old phone number and security questions, but I don't have the same number and I can't recall the answers I provided when I was younger. I vaguely remember parts of my old password too. The email I can't access is [redacted]

I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo calendar not displaying events that are more than 1 1/2 years out on my iPhone 8. I can successfully add the event using my phone, and it shows up on my Yahoo calendar on the computer. However, the entry disappears from my Yahoo calendar on the iPhone shortly after being entered. I contacted Apple support, and they believe it could be related to a third-party Yahoo problem. I am able to add calendar events within a year on my Yahoo calendar using the iPhone, and they sync correctly. Interestingly, events more than a year out on the Apple iCloud calendar work fine without disappearing. Despite trying to delete and re-add the account on my iPhone, the issue persists with the Yahoo calendar not functioning as expected.

Hello, my name is Matthew. Lately, when attempting to access my Yahoo email in Europe, I consistently encounter an error message stating, “Oops, your mail is temporarily unavailable, please wait a moment and reload the page.” Despite multiple attempts to refresh the page, the issue persists for the past two days. As I rely on my email for work while traveling, managing accommodations, and flights, this ongoing problem is proving to be highly inconvenient. In light of this technical difficulty, please use my friend’s email to correspond with me. While traveling, I acquired a new phone in New York, which was initially functional with my email account but currently is not. I am reachable to arrange a call if necessary. The email in question is [redacted] I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

My parents are both unable to access their Yahoo email accounts. They are being asked for a code sent to a phone number, but they don't have a cell phone to receive the text. Their recovery emails are each other's Yahoo addresses, but they can't get into those either. According to my research, it seems they might not be able to recover their accounts and might have to make new ones. They've used these emails for years, and it's important to them, especially considering their ages (mid-70s and mid-80s). I'm looking for a solution that will allow them to keep using these accounts. Is there a way to reset their passwords or link my phone number to their accounts? I really hope someone can assist me in solving this problem for them. There has to be a way to fix this.

I have been using my Yahoo Mail account since [redacted] with the ID "[redacted]". It is my primary email address with a significant amount of incoming emails. To manage these emails effectively, I have created various folders to organize them based on my needs. The recent update has automatically changed my Yahoo Classic view to a newer version. I prefer the original classic look that was available back in [redacted] when I first created my account.
