This is where I store all my projects, assignments, and subscriptions. I always keep seeing the same advertisement at the top of my MyYahoo email inbox. Despite numerous attempts to indicate my disinterest in this ad, it keeps reappearing persistently. It is frustrating to repeatedly encounter irrelevant or bothersome ads without any improvement. I wish Yahoo could recognize my feedback and prevent these specific advertisers from displaying their content to me. This would significantly enhance my email experience by ensuring that I only see relevant and interesting ads in the future.

Dear Ma'am and Sirs, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my two Yahoo email accounts. The accounts are linked as recovery emails for each other, but they have been closed due to inactivity. Despite remembering the passwords, I am unable to authenticate or recover the accounts. Unfortunately, the recovery phone number linked to both accounts is no longer active, and I no longer have access to the SIM cards associated with it. Additionally, I cannot recall the exact answers to the security questions, although I have a general idea of them. The emails in question are: - [redacted] - [redacted] The old recovery phone number, [redacted]1, is no longer in use, but I have a new number now. I am seeking assistance from your company to regain access to my emails, as I urgently need them for my Apple ID. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your anticipated support.

I recently tried to log into my Yahoo email account and was prompted to enter a verification code. Unfortunately, I did not receive the code as I am unable to receive texts on my phone. Attempting to send the code to my email is unhelpful since I cannot access my email without the code. I am seeking assistance on how to access my email without having to resort to services that require payment. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Please refrain from emailing me as I cannot access my account, but feel free to call me at my verified phone number ending in [redacted] if needed. Thank you.

Hello. I am attempting to access my old Yahoo email account ([redacted]). I recall the password, but I am unable to retrieve it due to forgotten security question answers. It appears Yahoo is flagging this attempt as suspicious possibly because I am logging in from a different device or location. The account has not been accessed for over 5 years, and I would like to recover it or have it deleted to create a new account with the same address. I have exhausted conventional methods to resolve this issue. Any assistance or additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After using a Yahoo account without any issues for years, I recently learned that Verizon acquired Yahoo. Since then, I've been locked out of my Yahoo email due to supposed "unusual activity." When I try to get help, I'm told a code will be sent to an old phone number I no longer have access to. Instead of resolving the issue, Verizon/Yahoo asks for more phone numbers or email addresses, seemingly trying to solicit information. The only alternative offered is to pay $4.95 a month for their other email service. I plan to contact the FTC about this, but for now, I urgently need access to my email as Verizon/Yahoo has hindered communication.

After having a Yahoo account for years without any issues, I recently learned that Yahoo was acquired by Verizon. I have heard negative feedback about Verizon's customer service. I am now unable to access my Yahoo email account due to supposed "unusual activity." When I try to seek assistance, they want to send a code to an outdated phone number. Verizon*Yahoo keeps asking for more phone numbers and email addresses, seemingly trying to sell information. They are also pushing me to subscribe to their paid email service for $*.*** per month as the only alternative. I plan to report this to the FTC. Meanwhile, I urgently require access to my email for communication purposes. Yahoo should restore my account promptly without additional demands. I am willing to confirm personal details like favorite book or first car, information that Yahoo already possesses, yet Verizon/Yahoo is not utilizing it to help me.

I have been using Microsoft Outlook [redacted] on my laptop to manage my Yahoo email for my Sky account ([redacted]) successfully for several years. Lately, I've been getting error messages like 0x800CCC0F and 0x800CCC92 when trying to send/receive emails or when Outlook does it automatically. I can still access my emails through the internet, but I prefer using Outlook. Can someone help me fix these problems? Thank you.

Hello, I am kindly requesting assistance in retrieving the password for my old Yahoo account, [redacted], which I have had for over 15 years. I'm having trouble accessing my old Yahoo account, [redacted] I can't remember the password, my phone number has changed, and I suspect my recovery account password was changed by my girlfriend. I have been using this Yahoo account to sign up for Xbox Live, which I use daily. Recently, I connected my Xbox account to Gamer Saloon using the same email. Gamer Saloon accepted my deposit for matches without verifying my email, but now I need to verify it to withdraw my winnings via PayPal. I haven't been able to access this email account for years, and I've tried all of Yahoo's suggestions without success. My newer accessible Yahoo account is [redacted] I've encountered no luck with Yahoo's customer service and don't want to pay to speak with someone. I hope for a resolution to this issue so I can regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance. From, Zak Ryan S. from Madisonville, Texas.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo Mail through text verification. Although I have not forgotten my password, it is not working. When I try to log in, I am redirected to Yahoo Bizmail, which does not accept my credentials. I have attempted to update my information, but an Error 15 is received when trying to use the admin email. Despite trying to reset my password once, it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I am experiencing issues accessing Flickr since early April. I have reached out to Customer Care for assistance, but have not received a response. It is important for me to regain access to my email account.

I called the Yahoo support number listed as [redacted] on Monday, April 15, around 3 pm. A man named Joey Geller from CHAWLA Technical Support answered. I explained that after Yahoo changed their email, I could not figure out how to add new contacts to my existing groups. Despite having Norton antivirus, he claimed my computer was infected and offered to clean it for a fee. I agreed to a one-time cleanup for $99.92 after he convinced me with symbols on my screen. He took control of my computer, charged my credit card, and promised to call back after the cleanup. However, he couldn't solve my original issue after a prolonged remote session. Feeling unsatisfied, he provided his contact details and created an icon on my desktop. I believe he misled me to purchase unnecessary services, and I seek assistance from Yahoo to address this matter and help me with the original problem of adding contacts to existing groups.

I encountered an issue a week ago while logging into my Yahoo email on my trusted phone. Despite providing the correct information for account recovery, including my email and phone number for the code, I did not receive it. Attempting to contact Yahoo customer and technical support on the provided numbers during the specified hours yielded an automated message saying they were closed. I have been a loyal Yahoo user since [redacted] and am frustrated by this lack of access to my important emails. I require immediate assistance to regain entry to my account. Thank you for your help.

When I was eight years old, my mom created my email, [redacted], for me. This email was then used to set up my Facebook account. Unfortunately, the password for my email was changed many years ago, and neither my mom nor I can remember it. I'm now having trouble accessing my Facebook as they are sending a code to the email I no longer have access to. Despite trying to reach out for support, they are quoting me a minimum of $[redacted] to help. This seems unreasonable to me. Losing both my old email and potential access to my Facebook account is a frustrating situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Zak. I'm attempting to assist my uncle, Ian Hugo, in recovering access to his Yahoo account. Unfortunately, his wife changed all the passwords and set her own contact information for verification, and she's not cooperating with providing the codes. I have all the necessary information as my uncle shared it with me. His wife left him recently, and I've been struggling for days to access his account. I'm at a loss for what to do next. I understand this situation may seem unusual, but I'm exhausted, and my uncle is not tech-savvy. I can provide his phone number for verification if needed.

I am not very tech-savvy and recently turned on my laptop only to find that an update has switched me to a different browser. Now, I am unable to access my Yahoo account because my password doesn't show up in its usual asterisk format for me to log in. Additionally, I never updated my contact phone number, so the old number I have on file is no longer in use. I'm feeling frustrated as I try to recover my account; it feels like I'm stuck in a loop. I know a bit of Greek, but when it comes to tech stuff, I am definitely not a geek at all.
