I've tried to update IOS of my IPhone *S then a message came out that I need to reactivate my phone.This was months ago and I couldn't use my phone because in order to activate it I need my password for my email *****@***.com and I cloud that I used when I bought this phone brand new years ago.I've tried so many times entering passwords that I often use but it's always the wrong one causing my account to be lock.I retired because of recurring memory loss and I couldn't remember this password and security answers. My old phone number that I used TMobile ********** is no longer active because I decided to cut it off when I went to Manila for home therapy. Thus I couldn't access verification code you've been sending in this phone for my email password to be reset.I couldn't use my IPhone almost months now & I want my email account to be active again.Please tell me on how to do it and I'm so willing to identify myself in any requirements needed t prove Im Eduardo DE Jesus Jr as owner of this email *****@***.com.Right now I'm using a new email *****@***.com where you could send instructions.Hoping for your immediate attention on this matter.Thank you.
