I need help understanding why my main email account keeps sending a recovery code to an email that I have deleted from the recovery email list. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. I am providing a secondary Yahoo! email for your response to avoid alerting my main email account. Removing the email from the recovery list triggers the system to send a code, allowing the individual to re-access my account. This situation is causing me distress, and I urgently require a solution to prevent this person from meddling with my account further. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On Friday, my phone started having issues with spam calls, prompting me to change my number and reset my device. Unfortunately, this locked me out of all my accounts as I couldn't recall my password. My accounts have used my old number for recovery for years, but now I can't access them. I've contacted my service provider, but they can't give me back my old number since it was transferred from another provider. My main email is [redacted], and I run a YouTube channel, 860jettawolf, and a Facebook page with the same name. I've verified my device ID (IMEI) with my phone company, Straight Talk, and have a reference number: [redacted]. I can provide details from my profile and another locked recovery email. My new number is [redacted], confirmed by the service provider. 860jettawolf is linked to my car project, and losing access means losing my source of income from viewer sales. I have pending jobs and products to deliver. Access to my accounts is crucial. The backup email is [redacted], and I remember most of my passwords. I'm willing to provide any necessary verification.

I recently purchased an iPhone 10 Max and had all the numbers transferred from my old phone. After two weeks, I deleted the numbers from my old phone as advised, but this action also removed the numbers from my new phone. The Apple store tried to help for four hours but suggested reaching out to Apple support. They mentioned there might be a hold on the numbers that is preventing access. Can you please provide guidance on how to access my phone numbers from your platform? I appreciate your assistance. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I have an old Yahoo account associated with my Facebook from [redacted], it's a Rocketmail account. I haven't used it in 8 years and can't remember the password. The recovery email and phone number are no longer accessible because I deleted the old email and the number is inactive. I can't recover the account now. I need help as it is linked to old accounts on other websites. The email address may be seen as offensive as it's named after a dictator. I won't provide it unless Yahoo requests it. I need access as it's linked to important accounts in my country that need updating through emails sent to that address.

A few months ago, I sent important emails to a government agency reporting violations by a company I briefly worked with. Recently, when I tried to retrieve those emails, they were missing from my inbox and trash. This concerns me as I have never experienced this before. The two missing emails were to the code enforcement and fire marshal on Fort Myers Beach. It is worrying that the code officer allegedly did not take any appropriate action upon receiving my email. I would like assistance in retrieving these emails. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Jim C.

My original Yahoo account is [redacted] It holds sentimental value as it was created when I was 13 years old; now I am 30. I recall my email and password, but face difficulty as a secondary verification process requires a code sent to no longer active phone number or another email I can't access. Updating my phone number and email on file seems impossible without account access. Requesting help to secure my account! I can confirm the email, password, and Yahoo's old security questions. Assistance needed to update my account information.

I have been attempting to contact you for weeks without success. I am facing an issue with my Yahoo E-mail account, [redacted], which is linked to an old phone that no longer exists. Is there a way to recover my email without access to the old phone? This has been preventing me from using your service for months. Please consider that over time, people may switch to new phones and have provisions in place for such situations. Kindly respond to my alternate email as my Yahoo account is inaccessible. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently discovered that I've been locked out of my Yahoo Mail account. Despite trying various methods to sign in, I have been unable to access it. Typically, I stay signed in, but one day, I found myself logged out and was prompted to sign back in. Strangely, I saw a different email address in the login field, one that I set up years ago but never used. Additionally, there was an old phone number associated with my account that I haven't used in approximately 7 or 8 years. Neither the email nor the phone number is connected to my Yahoo Mail account. This situation has left me both confused and concerned that my account might have been compromised. My Yahoo Mail address is [redacted] Regards, Patrick

My Yahoo Mail account is no longer updating new emails, and the auto-suggestion feature for contacts isn't working properly either. Additionally, I can only see emails from the past week in my inbox, but I need access to emails from the past month. I've attempted to restore my account to a previous state when it was functioning correctly about a week ago, but the issue persists. Since I've been using this email for communication for 20 years, it's crucial for me to get this problem resolved quickly. Are my concerns being addressed promptly?

My elderly mother needs help accessing her Yahoo email account. She is 82 and is unfamiliar with computers. Unfortunately, her contact information is outdated, and she no longer has access to the phone numbers linked to her account. The alternative number belongs to my sister-in-law who is currently unreachable on a cruise. My mother lacks the required information to prove ownership of the account, such as creating email folders or listing subscribed companies. Her email usage is limited to connecting with family and friends. How can I assist her in regaining access to her account?

I cannot find the live chat option that was promised on the previous page. I have spent a half hour with Ayusha M via live chat, but unfortunately, the interaction was unhelpful. I would appreciate it if she could be replaced with someone more competent. The way she communicated was unprofessional, and she needs training in customer service. If the web page issue clicking on "Continue" could be resolved, it would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to access my email accounts including [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I urgently need to receive an important email, so prompt assistance would be ideal. Thank you. Brian Francis Beljanski, also known as b.franc or just b.

Hello, recently I've been experiencing issues with my Yahoomail account. About a week ago, I noticed that my archived emails with attachments older than a week were no longer showing up in my inbox. Also, the auto-update function for contact names in the list stopped working, which used to be very convenient for composing emails. I suspect my account might have been hacked as there are unusual behaviors like emails not being saved in specific folders on the right side. I urgently need these issues resolved to restore my account to its previous state. Overall, I find Yahoo Mail to be cluttered compared to Gmail, which I also use without any problems. Please contact me at +[redacted]81 to discuss the details further and help me resolve these issues. Thank you, dtodd

I have multiple Yahoo Mail accounts for different purposes which require separate and distinct email addresses. I value my privacy, especially with certain clients and penpals, and prefer to keep my real name hidden. Despite signing up with an alias, whenever I access these accounts through the Yahoo app, my real name appears on outgoing emails. This breaches my privacy and poses a risk. I have tried to change the name, but all paths lead back to my original account details. This renders Yahoo Mail unusable and concerning for me.

I have the Yahoo Mail Pro app on both my iPhone and iPad, with the subscription billed yearly through my Apple ID for $9.99. I was recently charged on 3/26/[redacted] for the subscription, as shown by the email receipt. While the iPhone app is ad-free, the iPad app still displays ads. Despite attempting to upgrade to pro on the iPad and being informed that I have already paid up until 3/26/[redacted], the ads persist. I have encountered difficulties in reaching out to Yahoo for support. An email sent to [redacted] bounced back with a server error, preventing me from addressing this issue directly.

Hello, I used to have access to the account under [redacted] I have my password details and remember the phone number associated with it; however, I no longer have access to that phone for verification. There is no secondary email linked to this account since it was created a long time ago. At the moment, I only have the password and phone number as verification methods. I need some assistance in regaining access to my email, as I have always been able to log in normally until today when verification was needed. This email is crucial for me, and I acknowledge my mistake in losing important information, but I hope we can find a solution. Thank you in advance.

Our company, Mavk, uses Yahoo email services. My business email is [redacted], and I access it from both my desktop and mobile (Samsung Android). Until yesterday, everything was functioning well. However, I encountered issues yesterday when prompted to add my mobile number for account recovery and change my password. Although I followed the instructions, I am now facing difficulties accessing my contacts and experiencing authentication errors on my mobile device. Despite multiple attempts to reinstall Outlook, the problem persists. I am frustrated as I heavily rely on mobile email access and feel compelled to seek a resolution promptly. Comparing this experience to using Gmail, I regret choosing Yahoo for our business emails and am considering legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly.

I have been using two email accounts for many years under the same email and password. They worked seamlessly together until I upgraded to Yahoo Pro. Since then, I've been unable to receive any mail. After much back and forth, I realized that the mail accounts have become disconnected. The account I've used for 15+ years is missing the alias that is essential for my computer usage. I tried to add the alias, but it says it's already in use. I've temporarily set the other email account as the main one, but it lacks the "sent" folder and "folders tree". I am looking to either incorporate the alias into my primary account or transfer the "sent" and email folders to the second account, although I'm unsure how to proceed with that. Ideally, I would like to restore everything to how it was before. Thank you. - Bruce

For many years, I've had two email accounts that worked well together under the same email address and password. When I upgraded to Yahoo Pro, the accounts got separated. The primary email account, which I have used the most for the last [redacted] years, is missing its alias, which is crucial for my computer use. Although I tried to add the alias to my set-up, it didn't work, stating that it's already in use. Currently, I have switched the other email account to be the main one, but it lacks the "sent" folder and "folders tree." I need to either add the alias back to the main account or transfer the "sent" and "email folders" to the secondary account, a process I'm unsure of. I prefer the first option to restore everything to its original state as soon as possible. Thank you. -Bruce
