A few years ago, I had two Yahoo accounts. One was [redacted], and the other (which I'm still using) is [redacted] The problem is that I forgot the password for my first email account, and after an app logged me out (I assume for security reasons following the Yahoo hack), I couldn't log back in. The issue is that there is a recovery phone number and email linked to that account, but I no longer have access to them. Both email addresses are quite similar because they include my name and surname. In the first email, my name is "gabrius," a short form of "gabrielius," my full name. I used the first email for informal purposes and would appreciate regaining access to that account. Thank you for your assistance.

I seem to have forgotten the password for my email address, [redacted], or perhaps it was changed by someone else. This email has been with me since my childhood and is linked to various accounts, such as Apple for my phone resets and the Greenery T-shirt I ordered online. I urgently need access to this account as it has important contacts and is linked to my Facebook. The phone number associated with this account was [redacted], which was used for my iPhone 5s, but I no longer have that number since [redacted]. I now have a new phone and a new email, [redacted] I hope this information helps in recovering my account. Thank you, Yahoo.

Over a year ago, I received a notification from Yahoo instructing me to update my password to enhance security. When attempting to do so, I encountered difficulty as my account was linked to an outdated email address. After reaching out to the company, I successfully updated both my email address (old: [redacted] new: [redacted]) and password to comply with their new standards. However, I am now facing issues with the password once more. When trying to update my email address, Yahoo prompts me about the unused old email and restricts me from resetting the password through that link, offering unhelpful FAQs instead. I seek assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my old email address ([redacted]) as I can only recall one security question answer, which is "thi." Unfortunately, due to my age, I can't remember all the information and now the system has blocked me out completely. When I set up the email, there was no option for an alternate email for recovery purposes, so I would like to use my phone or Gmail for recovery instead. I have tried going through Yahoo's help pages but haven't found a solution. If possible, could you reopen the security questions and provide hints for the answers, such as the first and last letters? For instance, if the answer is BEAUTIFUL, just remind me as BxxxxL. Please guide me on how to recover my email. I sincerely appreciate any assistance.

Hello, My name is Anna Rebecca Zal, and I am facing trouble accessing my Yahoo account because I have forgotten my password. The issue began when my iPhone, which had my Yahoo mail open without needing to log in, broke after 2-3 years. When I got a new phone, I couldn't recall the password. Additionally, I have moved from England to Sweden 6.5 years ago, and the registered telephone number on the account is no longer valid, making it difficult to recover it. I have attempted to contact Yahoo by phone, but the automated options did not assist me in resolving this matter. My email is [redacted], and my old registered telephone number that is no longer in use is [redacted][redacted]. I am not very savvy with technology and computers, so any help in accessing my account would be highly appreciated. If you could contact me at [redacted][redacted] to verify my identity using personal details, I would be grateful. Kind regards, Anna Rebecca Zal

On February 18, [redacted], I faced an issue with my Facebook account. After being automatically logged out, my password was no longer accepted when trying to sign back in. Upon selecting "I forgot password," Facebook attempted to send a code to an email address that I can no longer access due to an unrecognized contact number linked to it. I suspect that someone has tampered with my account. I'm reaching out in hopes of recovering my account, especially to safeguard my personal contacts and information. Despite contacting Yahoo, I learned that my account was deleted and taken over by someone else. I'm now relying on Facebook's assistance to retrieve my account. If any solutions are available, please contact me at [redacted] or on my cellphone at +63 [redacted]. I eagerly await a response from your team. Thank you for your help, Facebook. You can also reach me at [redacted]

I recently attempted to link my Gmail account to my Yahoo! inbox for convenient access but encountered a technical issue. After removing and trying to re-add the Gmail mailbox through Yahoo Mailbox Settings, I received an error stating "this mailbox already exists." Despite waiting several days, the Gmail mailbox remains in a "disconnecting" state. Each re-attempt to link it results in the same error message. I am seeking assistance to either completely remove the existing Gmail mailbox connection from the back-end or receive guidance on how to successfully re-establish the link without encountering the "this mailbox already exists" error.

This is my second attempt to address this issue. I have already gone through the tech support process, where the main question was whether I know any email addresses of people I have contacted from this account. Unfortunately, I do not have any email addresses stored, nor do I possess a physical address or alternate recovery options linked to the account. However, I do have other relevant information to share. I recently changed the password a few months back, if that helps in any way. Although I remember the last four digits of the recovery phone number, I am unable to access it as of now.

I have two email accounts - one is [redacted] provided by Yahoo which I actively use, and the other is an Outlook account with the same address that I never use. This morning, while organizing my emails on my laptop, I temporarily left and returned to find only the Outlook account displayed, with my used account vanished. The Outlook account was empty. I am in need of retrieving all my emails, particularly the folders containing essential information. If you need to contact me, please email [redacted] as I receive them on my mobile device.

A few weeks ago, our email account mistakenly sent out a phishing message to contacts, requesting gift card purchases. We also received suspicious emails supposedly from Frontier support, asking to verify our account due to a database upgrade; likely another phishing attempt. These incidents have caused our current email issue - essential messages are ending up in the archive rather than the inbox. To rectify this and prevent future attacks, I seek guidance on ensuring emails go directly to the inbox. Any advice on addressing these potential threats would be greatly valued. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe my Yahoo account has been compromised. I urgently require assistance in recovering my account. Although the username remains the same, the password, recovery accounts, and associated numbers have been altered without my authorization. This issue is critical as my access to my Instagram account is also linked to this Yahoo account. I have attempted the "Forgot Password" option, however, the recovery number provided is unfamiliar to me. Upon selecting the "No Longer Have Access To This" option, the system stated that I cannot recover my account unless I have access to the provided number. This is an impossible situation as the number displayed is not mine. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. My Yahoo account is [redacted]

Hello, I have a Yahoo account which I haven't used for several years. I signed up to Spotify using it and now need to access my Yahoo account to verify a password reset. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my Yahoo password. However, I remember my email address ([redacted]) and correctly answered the security question regarding my Mum's maiden name, but the one about the make of my first car was rejected. I'm struggling to make progress with the Yahoo Help online assistance, so I urgently need someone to review my information and assist me in regaining access to my account. This is time-sensitive as I have playlists on Spotify to support my wife during her imminent labor! I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you, John

Last night or early this morning, I opened a free email account with a special name. Today, when I tried to log in, I encountered big problems. I received an email asking me to verify using a code, but it displayed a different name than the one I chose which was "christians2gether". I verified with my phone company that the number associated with the account is mine. This email address is very important to me, and I need your urgent help to resolve this issue. Please assist me as soon as possible as I am eager to use this email for its intended purpose. Thank you, Peter B.
