The issue in GetHuman-rolexa's own words
I am locked out of my email account (*****@***.com). I have tried the app on my phone (which saves my password and therefore should never have the "wrong" password, the app on my computer, as well as two different browsers, none of which have accepted my password. I believe it has been hacked within the last ** hours or so, and the answers to the security questions may have been changed as well. I want the issue to be fixed by freezing the hacker's activity and allowing me to log back in and reset my password.
GetHuman-rolexa did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
