Legal issue!!!

Get the email out of my name or deleted completely ... I have an email account that is being used by my ex wife. She has sent me messages to another one of my emails from it and is using my name and email to communicate with others as well. The password had been changed and I need the email closed or my name removed off the account. I don't use it anymore but I do not want my name being used as communication by this person. I have asked that they change the name on the account or delete it but they refuse. What can I do to rectify this situation. I have communicated with you about this but no one ever responded to me and this is becoming an issue. Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this. I want the email deleted or taken out of my name! I have no doubt she would use it to get personal information on me or to get into other aspects of my life. She has continued to use this email in my name for * years even after the divorce and after she and I have both remarried. At this point it is a legal and security issue. Thank you.

I have attempted to get her to delete it or change the name on the email but she refuses. I have contacted Yahoo but I can not get a human response and I have put in several requests.

Delete the account or get it out of my name. Or help me gain access to it so I can delete it
