Please help me. My mother had an email address "*****@***.com", and up until yesterday I was able to get Yahoo* webmail access to the account, however I could not get POP access to the account in my Outlook email program.*I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T support and they claim that they do not have record of the email account, despite my being able to access it (up until yesterday) on*Yahoo webmail.*They said that they believe the email account "*****@***.com" is no longer an AT&T email account, and is now only a Yahoo email account. However, when I try to change the password on the account (so that I may used it through POP email in my Outlook email program) the Yahoo help page keeps sending me back to the AT&T website, where the email account is not recognized.*Starting today, I somehow logged out of the email account, and can no longer get access to the account via Yahoo webmail, and when I try to enter my mother's cell phone number (***-***-****) so that a code can be sent to re-access the account, I get an error message that I am not able to access this feature right now.
