I am not happy that I could no longer get into my Yahoo email account. I have sensitive information that I will need to retrieve on the mail.**I have tried several times to log into my mail but it wasn't letting me in. I remembered my password okay but Am having trouble with my security question because back around **** to **** when I opened the account, I cant remember the exact year now, I was new to the internet and someone helped me to open the account in my place of work. It is a long time now, It is not easy to remember.**I think there should be a better way to allow someone verify if she is the actual account owner than all these frustrations I am going through for such a long time. I have tried to log in severally but having issues. It asks me to sign in with the device I frequently used which would not be possible.**It is many years now, I have accessed the account from many locations and from different computers and IP address. So, it is absolutely going to be difficult to log back in through the original computer I used to open the email. **When the account was opened, the use of mobile phone is not as frequent as now otherwise, I would have verified the account with my phone.**The account contains sensitive information and other things which I don't want to lose. I have another yahoo account - but need be be able to link the two or retrieve those sensitive information and close the account.*Please, I would appreciate it so much if you can Kindly come to my help and let me sign in the normal way or allow me to sign in with my password.I am willing to provide the information required from me to prove that I am the real owner of the account. **I look forward to your kind assistance. I really need some of my documents in the mail for important applications. Thanks you in anticipation.
