The issue in GetHuman-fvet's own words
Not happy. Spent time on Saturday, and again today, with AT&T (as the Yahoo Mail client appears to be AT&T branded). On Saturday, the issue was escalated and I was given a ticket number ******. Today the person I chatted with said he couldn't access that ticket as I no longer have a Uverse account. He then referred me to ***.***.**** which appears to be a fax number. Now I am trying this route.**In Yahoo email client, I search for a particular term. I want to move some of the resulting messages that are returned from the search results, generally in the inbox and sent folders, to a new folder that I created. The inbox messages move appropriately. The sent messages do not move.
GetHuman-fvet did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Yahoo too
