Dear Sirs, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I registered the account around [redacted] using a Yahoo email address. Recently, I began receiving SMS messages on my phone about friend requests for individuals who were already my friends on my original and active Facebook account. Upon investigation, I realized I was logged into a new account and promptly logged out. However, when I tried to log back into my old account, I forgot the password after several unsuccessful attempts. The password reset prompted for my alternate email, which is also an old and inactive Yahoo account that I can no longer access due to forgotten information. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my original Facebook account where all my friends and activities are stored. I am eager to provide further details to your support team for account recovery. I look forward to your prompt response. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, [Initials]

Dear sirs, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. I registered my account around [redacted] using a Yahoo email as an alternative. Recently, I might have added a new account with Gmail. I started receiving SMS notifications about friend requests from people already on my old active Facebook account. After realizing I was logged into the new account, I logged out and tried to access my old account. However, I couldn't remember the password and after several unsuccessful attempts, resetting the password was difficult. The new password was sent to my inactive Yahoo email that I can't access due to not remembering the necessary information. I'm unable to recover my old account with all my friends and activities. Can you guide me on how to provide detailed information to recover my account? I look forward to your prompt response. Thank you. Sincerely yours

Hi Yahoo, I enjoy having this service. I have some concerns about receiving numerous emails that appear to be signed up for by someone else as I didn't sign up for many of them. Suddenly, I started receiving unwanted emails including vulgar content, ads, and promotions that I usually ignore. I'm worried if this has happened before or if it will continue, as I don't want to receive offensive messages due to hacking or misuse of information. It would be great if you could enhance security measures or let me know if you are already addressing these issues. Thank you in advance. Some emails arrive much later than expected, possibly due to different time zones. I would appreciate any help in combatting these unwanted emails. Thank you.

He is currently in jail for assaulting me, and I am asking for his accounts to be deleted if possible. His name is Gregg, or Gregory Wayne Thayer, and he uses various email addresses associated with Google. I have provided his details to ensure action is taken to prevent further harm. Hello, my name is Faisal Bin Zubir. I had a Yahoo account under the name [redacted] back in the early 2000s. I have not received any emails since yesterday, and I am unable to send any as well. I attempted to find Yahoo customer service online and came across a phone number [redacted] with a website www.serviceuniqueeonline. After calling the number and providing my email [redacted], they requested my phone number, email address, and password. They claimed it would take 30 minutes to resolve but mentioned a charge. When I asked if they were affiliated with Yahoo and they said no, I declined their help. Now, I am worried as I cannot reach Yahoo for assistance. I tried changing my password but received 3 different Yahoo Account Keys, none of which work. Please help.

The very first email account I ever made was [redacted], created on 08/31/[redacted]. The recovery email associated with it is [redacted], and the initial recovery phone number was [redacted]. However, I've since switched to T-Mobile with my current number [redacted] and cannot access either the email or old number. This email is crucial as it's linked to my Facebook, PayPal, and other important accounts. Yahoo used to have security questions; although I can't recall the nickname from school, I remember the answer to "Who was your best friend from school?" which is Christian. My current emails are [redacted] and [redacted] I've tried calling customer service but couldn't answer the security question. I'm even logged in on the Facebook App. Please help me recover access to my first email account, as I urgently need to access important information sent to that account. I'm willing to provide any necessary details to confirm my identity, including my SSN. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Dear Yahoo Support Team, I am writing on behalf of Mr. Noam Rosenvaser, who is experiencing difficulty accessing his email account. He followed the online account recovery process but was unsuccessful due to an outdated mobile number linked to his account. Unfortunately, Mr. Rosenvaser did not provide a recovery email address. As a result, he is stuck in a loop during the account recovery process, as the system requires sending the identification code to an inactive mobile number. This has prevented him from regaining access to his account where he stores personal information. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, considering Mr. Rosenvaser's long-term use of Yahoo services. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Yair Tabib

Our company relies on Hostway for our email server services. Unfortunately, we've been experiencing issues for more than a week now. E-mails sent to customers with Yahoo.com accounts are being blocked by Yahoo. This problem isn't only limited to Yahoo customers but also affects users with Verizon, AOL, and other email providers. Hostway has reported sending daily de-listing requests to Yahoo with no success. Our business is significantly impacted as about 70% of our customer base is unable to receive our emails. We are seeking a resolution to this matter and hope to resolve it without needing to pursue legal actions to ensure smooth business operations.

I keep receiving repeated spam emails claiming my account will be deactivated, originating from an address with a yahoo.com domain. Despite my efforts to block and delete these emails, they persist. Additionally, I do not use Facebook, yet I receive birthday invitations for strangers. I find it frustrating to receive such emails when I am not an active Facebook user. I have attempted to block these messages as well. I am starting to doubt the effectiveness of the email blocking feature, considering it seems ineffective against these persistent emails. It is disheartening that these issues are not being addressed by the email service provider. It feels like a futile exercise and makes me question the efficacy of the email blocking function.

I am facing an issue with the Yahoo fantasy football league my friends and I set up on Yahoo. This is a paid league, so we are worried about this problem. After the games ended last night (11-19), the league got updated with our new records and the results of last week's matchups. Nevertheless, for some reason, the Monday night football game displays in our matchup, but the point total disappeared after it was updated around 2 a.m. CST. Consequently, many of us got losses we shouldn't have, and now the league is in disarray. This problem is significant for all ten of us, believe it or not. Kindly reach out to me with details on how this can be resolved and to confirm if we were the only ones experiencing this issue. We are optimistic that it's just a small glitch.

Someone has sent a fraudulent email to my company owner about me, which was proven to be false. The email account used has been deleted. I have retrieved the header information, revealing it originated from an iPhone5 via Safari. I will require Yahoo's assistance to identify the email address owner. When attempting to log in, I was prompted to fill out a phone number for verification, suggesting a known number is linked to the account. It is crucial for me to discover the sender's identity to prevent future incidents and safeguard my job from any further impact.

It seems I'm unable to freely express myself in the comments section, so I'll share my frustration here instead. I'm disappointed by the excessive censorship on Yahoo's comments. The constant focus on Kardashian content is tiresome. Yahoo, in my opinion, is one of the worst search engines/homepages around. I eagerly anticipate the day when Yahoo faces financial difficulties. The inconsistency of allowing explicit language and content in the articles while restricting users to G-rated comments is frustrating. I hope Yahoo can improve or go out of business soon. I'm feeling incredibly frustrated by this situation.
