I recently changed my mobile number twice and deleted my Hotmail account. I sold my phone without updating my contact information for my Yahoo account, which uses a secure key login through the app. After the phone sale, I did a factory reset which erased all data. Now, during the recovery process, it keeps suggesting my old number and Hotmail that I no longer have access to. I remember my login details and password but can't recover my account. I urgently need help to access my Yahoo email, [redacted] Please reach out to me via the Gmail address provided. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Michael Nasto. I've had two Yahoo E-Mail Accounts for some time now: [redacted] and [redacted] I last checked my mail on Friday, 11/2/18. Today, I can't access these accounts on my Desktop PC or Yahoo Mail App on my iPhone. I'm not sure why access is blocked on these accounts while my other Yahoo E-Mail Accounts work fine. It might be because I haven't agreed to the OATH Policy, but I'm uncertain. You can contact me via e-mail at [redacted] Thank you for your help with this issue. Michael Nasto

While working at my desk, I suddenly got logged out of my Yahoo mail account with a message citing technical difficulties. After trying to resolve the issue by rebooting my computer, testing different browsers, confirming my internet connection, and clearing my history, I'm still unable to access my specific work email account. Although I can log in to other email accounts, including another Yahoo email, my work email remains inaccessible. Moreover, I'm having trouble sending emails from my Yahoo account to personal email addresses using my phone, which indicates that the server is rejecting the messages. This is frustrating as everyone else's Yahoo work emails are functioning correctly. I urgently need to regain access to my work email.

I have encountered an issue with two accounts that were linked via Account Key, but I have lost access to the phone and the recovery account. Due to my duties caring for my sick parents, it has been over a year since I was last able to access these accounts. The process of merging my old account [redacted] with the newer one [redacted] through Account Key has caused complications. Despite verifying my identity, the paid site I used did not accept my card over the phone and did not provide an alternative solution. I urgently need access to these accounts as they contain precious family photos, especially of relatives who have recently passed away. I am willing to pay the monthly fees and can provide verification of my identity. Please assist me in resetting my password as I remember previous passwords and can verify my email accounts. Thank you.

On November 2, I tried to send an email and encountered issues. I contacted my previous carrier, AT&T, which I had when I lived in Michigan before moving to South Carolina in [redacted]. Despite still paying AT&T $51 per month for internet, my son canceled the service related to his old apartment in December [redacted]. This was originally linked to my account from [redacted]. In January [redacted], my account switched to a free service from Yahoo without my knowledge. On November 2, seven strange emails were sent from my account without my consent, leading to it being restricted from sending emails. After numerous calls, AT&T now claims I don't have an account with them and redirected me to Yahoo for assistance.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my alternative email account, [redacted], and I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as I am unable to log into my Facebook account linked to it. I created this account, Blakely, nearly 10 years ago along with my Facebook profile. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the answer to one of the security questions and suspect that I changed the password over a year ago. Please contact me using my alternative email provided. If there is a method to reset the password for the email associated with my Facebook account, kindly send the necessary information to this email address. I am eager for a prompt response as I use Facebook and other social media platforms to keep in touch with acquaintances.

My email has disappeared unexpectedly, and I'm unsure of how this occurred. While I have emails on my phone from this account, when I tried to log in this morning, I received an error stating my email no longer existed. Even attempting to access it on my phone resulted in an error. When trying to recreate the email, it generated a new account instead. This situation is puzzling as I did not initiate any changes. I urgently require access to my previous emails, contacts, and information from my original email account. Despite having the necessary account access and security information, all recovery attempts, including using my phone number and saved login information, have failed. I am at a loss as to why this issue has arisen and would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving it promptly. I can provide evidence of prior emails and security verification if needed. The best way to reach me is through the email address now linked to this post. Your help in recovering my lost data is sincerely sought. Thank you.

Last week, I closed my account due to a hacking incident where someone stole my identity. I attempted to reopen it to double-check some folders but couldn't access it. After contacting support, I received a response asking for personal details, which I provided. Despite being informed the issue was resolved, I still couldn't log in. Following up on the email resulted in being told the case was closed. It seems like I may have mistakenly reached out to the wrong Yahoo address, possibly to a scam email. The individual now has all my personal information, claimed the case is settled, but hasn't assisted me. I urgently need help with this matter.

I just purchased a new computer and am attempting to log into my Yahoo email account on it. Despite receiving the account key on my phone, it does not work. I have followed Yahoo's instructions multiple times without success. Strangely, I can access the account on my Android device but not on this computer. I keep receiving the same invalid account key. I'm frustrated by this issue and wish Yahoo provided a contact phone number instead of relying solely on their automated system.

This morning at 11:30 a.m., I discovered that I couldn't open any of my messages. An icon in the form of an open envelope kept appearing, with a message saying, "Unable to download, try again later." When I attempted to send a "HELP" message, the same icon appeared, stating, "Unable to send message, try again later." Yesterday, I received a message from Yahoo regarding an account upgrade due to the Verizon merger and the creation of OATH. I followed the instructions but did not use the email again until today. None of the Yahoo phone numbers listed were working when I tried to call for help. How can I resolve this if I can't call or use my email? Should this issue be reported to the FCC?

I have once again encountered an issue where I am unable to access my Verizon email account. Despite resetting my password recently, the problem persists. After managing to access my email twice, I was blocked the following day without explanation. It is frustrating that no one is taking responsibility for this recurring problem with Verizon Yahoo email services. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am considering terminating my account and switching to a more reliable email service. I require an email provider that offers consistent service for the fees paid every month. Please address this matter promptly as I am actively seeking an alternative internet provider if the problem persists.

I am currently not an AT&T customer, but I have been experiencing issues with my sbcglobal.net Yahoo email account. The problem started last Thursday when I suddenly stopped receiving and sending emails. It seems like my email account logged off by itself or may have been compromised by scammers. When I attempted to log back in, it said my password was incorrect, even though I believe it is correct. I also had trouble answering the security questions correctly. I tried reaching out to AT&T for assistance, but I only encountered confusion and was not able to resolve the problem. As a result, I will need to provide an alternative email address since my Yahoo account is currently inaccessible.

I am concerned that my phone has been hacked as I noticed a Yahoo email account that seemed related to me. The suspicious email address begins with an A and ends with 1, possibly having more characters in between. Can you please verify if the account is associated with the names Alexandra Collins or Alexa Collins? If possible, I would like to know if my phone number is linked to this fraudulent account, along with details about when the email was created for legal purposes. Additionally, any information on another email linked to this account could be valuable in resolving this issue. If the account is confirmed as fake, I kindly request its deletion. My genuine Yahoo account is [redacted] Your help is appreciated. Thank you, Alexandra Collins.

I am having trouble recovering my old email account. The email I used as a teenager was [redacted] When I try to recover the password, it gives me two options. The first option is to send a code to my old phone number ***-***-**28, which I no longer have access to as it has changed multiple times. The second option is to email [redacted], but it shows as w**********[redacted], which is incorrect. My actual email address does not have a "w" in it. I have been trying to access this account for two years without success. My full name is Thomas A Searle, known as Tommy, and the email was inspired by my favorite dinosaur. I am 31 years old and need help to recover this email account. I have tried all the options available but need assistance from the help desk to correct the error with the first letter of the email address. Can you help me update my phone number and recovery options to regain access to my account?

I recently got logged out of my Yahoo account unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, I was prompted to enter an access key due to the log out and my changed phone number. This email address is crucial as it's where my employer sends my payslips, needed for my spouse's visa application. I can prove ownership by showing emails I've sent and received. I urgently need access to my account to update the access key and address this problem. I am frustrated that tech support seems limited to the USA and Canada. I never intended to be logged out, as everything was working fine until now. Please help me regain access promptly as I miss my wife dearly, and resolving this would mean the world to me.

I need help accessing my old email account, which I created when I was a child. I have sentimental emails and pictures from my deceased father that I am unable to retrieve as I have forgotten the password. The security questions are unfamiliar to me since they were likely set up when I was much younger and didn't have a spouse or remember my favorite book at that time. I am willing to provide information like the location and approximate date of when the account was created, as well as my birthday and street address to verify ownership. Any assistance in recovering access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am unable to access my account. My email has been compromised, and there is critical information within it that I cannot just abandon. The password has been changed, and the recovery phone number does not belong to me, and I do not recognize the number displayed. The set-up with an unfamiliar area code is puzzling, as I did not do that. The backup email linked for recovery, my Gmail, does not seem to be effective. I did not think to set up a recovery email in case of such a situation. The situation has left me feeling distressed, contemplating drastic actions, as I have valuable music files in that email that I cannot reach. The security questions have not been set by me, adding to the frustration. My email is [redacted] - Tarr H.
