If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

When I try to log in to my email (*****@***.com) I get a message that reads: "Uh-oh, Looks like we can't recover your account online. " It states this may have been due to: *- YOU HAVE NO OTHER RECOVERY OPTIONS ON FILE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT*or*- YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR DAILY LIMIT FOR SMS OR EMAIL ATTEMPTS**Neither of those reasons are accurate. I have a recovery option and I never attempted to log into my account, so I'm not sure how I could have reached my daily limit (not even sure what that means.) Attempted help on Yahoo but kept going in circles, always leading back to the above message. This started several days ago. Please help!
