Below are my current contact details for your reference: Email: [redacted] Phone Number: +91-[redacted]

I have encountered an issue with my Yahoo account, [redacted], which has been hacked without my knowledge. Despite using Samsung pass to sign in over the past year, I recently discovered it has been altered. Various calls to help desks led to suggestions of a £[redacted].00 charge to resolve the issue, an option I am not willing to entertain. I have reached out to the UK Fraud Action team who advised me to contact you first. This matter is urgent as my account is associated with important work-related LGBTQI materials. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this fraudulent activity promptly.

I encountered an issue while setting up my new laptop to access my account. The email address entered was mistakenly listed as "wasmundcheryl" instead of "[redacted]" This mistake is reflected on both my desktop and laptop, causing confusion in my Yahoo account, as it now displays both versions. It would have been helpful to receive an error message indicating no account was found, prompting me to correct it immediately. Currently, in saving the updates, both account names are still linked to my one account, making it difficult to access without going through the hassle of text verification each time. The process has become overly complicated and tedious. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, either by fixing it directly or providing guidance on how to correct it. I typically use Firefox as my browser.

I recently received a phishing attempt on my email account. I'm not very familiar with using computers other than emails. As a 77-year-old, I haven't fully grasped computer operations. I reported the phishing attempt to Apple and they advised me to report it to Yahoo as well. The suspicious email claimed a charge from the Apple Store for "King Of Avalon Dragon Warfare" amounting to $99.98. I was informed by Apple that this was a fraudulent email and that Yahoo should stop further phishing attempts. Please help prevent unauthorized access to my Yahoo account. Thank you, Raymond S.

I don't typically use Yahoo or Yahoo Support, or Safe Finder. I usually use Google Chrome, but recently, whenever I try to search using Google, it redirects me to Yahoo Support Safe Finder. I didn't download Yahoo or Safe Finder and have no intention to use them. I've learned that Safe Finder may be a virus, and despite trying various methods to remove it, it keeps appearing on Safari and Chrome on my Mac. I really want to eliminate this virus completely. Any help you or someone can provide would be highly appreciated.

Hello, I need assistance in recovering my account. It was my original account that I set up in [redacted] but I changed it during college for security reasons and now I can't remember the password. The Yahoo email linked to the account is [redacted], last accessed in [redacted] for an HTML project. To verify my identity, my name is April Grace Lacuesta. I recall some security questions like my favorite uncle's name, which is Tolboy, but I'm struggling with the second question about my favorite character from elementary school. The account also has saved emails with HTML content and is connected to my YouTube account, appoy20. I really need access to this account to retrieve important information. My first password may have been [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have not received any emails to my Yahoo account since 31/10/18, and I noticed that my signature contact details have been changed. I suspect my account was hacked based on the email messages in the outbox between Yahoo and the responsible person, which seem to come from me. To secure my account, I have taken the following steps: changed the password, set up an account key, changed the contact telephone number, and deleted and reinstalled the Yahoo Mail app on my iPad and iPhone. Currently, all the emails I receive are not going to the "inbox" folder but are stored in the “unread messages” folder. Could you please help me ensure that new emails go to my “inbox” and verify that my Yahoo account is now secure? To confirm receipt of your response, you may email me at [redacted] Thank you, David Green

AT&T made changes to its Yahoo email page that are causing confusion and frustration for users, particularly those who may struggle with technology. Despite selecting the "basic" page option, the new design persists. Some key issues include the inability to delete the "cc" and "bcc" lines, the absence of a "Settings" icon, and the inconvenience of navigating to older emails in the Inbox. Additionally, functions like using the Tab key, underlining, bolding, and moving emails have been affected. These changes have disrupted the user experience, prompting the question of why fix something that was not broken. T. Bert (Thomas Bertram) Lance advocates for reverting to the previous design from November 1, [redacted] to alleviate these challenges.

I created my Yahoo account many years ago and linked it to my EA account, where I have purchased numerous games at high prices. I am now unable to reset the password to access my account. When I try to log in, it prompts me to answer a security question set up long ago with likely forgotten answers. I am stuck as I know the login details but can't access my old email address and, in turn, my EA account. I have tried reaching out to EA advisors, who all advise me to regain access to my old email address. Your prompt response would greatly assist me as I have spent several days dealing with this issue. Thank you.

I recently deleted my Yahoo email account, but encountered an error message during the process. Although I had forgotten the password, I used my cellphone to confirm the code and successfully logged in before deletion. However, when I tried to log in again, I received an unfamiliar email address for account recovery. I am concerned if my account was deleted, possibly claimed by someone else, or at risk of being hacked. The backup email listed is not mine, which worries me as I have personal information in the account. I hope to confirm whether the account is still active and safe. I have heard that deactivated Yahoo accounts can be reactivated within 90 days, causing some anxiety. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Daniella

Hello, I am reaching out again to address an ongoing issue I have experienced for the past few months. I am hopeful that Yahoo! will resolve this problem promptly before I am compelled to seek media attention to address the persistent email security issues from your platform. A secondary email address linked to my account, my university alum address used for professional communication, has been spoofed recently, resulting in the receipt of spam messages. Lately, these spam emails have included fake extortion attempts, a concerning trend in hacking. Due to spoofing, these emails do not appear in my Sent folder as evidence. Of greater concern than the spam itself, is the fact that with each fake email received, I also receive a delivery failure notification indicating unsuccessful attempts to send the same messages to my iCloud email. Apple iCloud effectively blocks these emails, which suggests that Yahoo! possesses the necessary technology to implement similar measures. Furthermore, I do not encounter this issue with Gmail, reinforcing the expectation that Yahoo! should be capable of addressing it. As previously highlighted, this ongoing interference with my professional email may jeopardize my professional opportunities, underscoring the importance of prompt resolution. I urge Yahoo! to prioritize the security of its web services and demonstrate responsiveness and engagement with users reporting security issues. I anticipate a timely response from your end with a resolution to this matter.

I am frustrated because my account has been inactive for years due to losing access. Other linked accounts cannot be deactivated because this one cannot be accessed. I am unable to go through security questions to verify my identity. In my opinion, unused accounts should deactivate automatically after a certain period. When I contacted technical support, they requested a fee of 4.99 to resolve the issue, which I find unfair. I insist that you do not have permission to keep my information on your site. I am willing to provide my name, answer questions, and send my ID but I will not tolerate my data being stored without access. Please provide a legitimate contact method to address this matter without charging me. I am considering seeking legal assistance due to the distress this situation has caused me.

I am frustrated with the fact that my account has been inactive for years because I no longer have access to it. Other accounts linked to it cannot be deactivated as I can't get into this one. There is no option to verify my identity through security questions. I believe that unused accounts should deactivate on their own over time. When I contacted technical support, they asked for a fee of 4.99 to resolve the issue, which I find unacceptable. I do not authorize the use of my name or any personal information on the site. Please provide a legitimate way to contact me for a resolution. I am willing to provide my name, answer security questions, and send identification, but I will not agree to my information being on the site without access. I have documented this email as proof of my attempt to address the issue. If necessary, I will involve legal representation.

Subject: Email Spoofing Issue Dear Yahoo! Support, I am reaching out once more to address an ongoing issue that has been affecting me for the past few months. I am hopeful that Yahoo! will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly before I feel compelled to seek media attention regarding the persistent email security issues I have faced. The problem concerns a secondary email address associated with my account, which is an alumni email from my university used for professional communication. Over the last few months, this email has been spoofed and utilized to send spam messages to me, including recent fake extortion attempts. These spoofed emails do not appear in my Sent folder, as is typical with such activities. Moreover, beyond the nuisance of receiving spam, I have noticed that each time I receive these deceptive emails, a delivery failure notification follows showing unsuccessful delivery attempts to my iCloud email account. Apple iCloud effectively blocks these emails, highlighting that Yahoo! should be equipped to implement similar measures. Additionally, I do not encounter this issue with my Gmail account, further emphasizing the need for Yahoo! to address this. As I previously mentioned in my initial correspondence on this matter, this ongoing predicament poses a threat to my professional standing due to the interference with my work-related emails. I strongly urge Yahoo! to prioritize the security of its online services and to engage with users who raise concerns about security vulnerabilities promptly. I anticipate a timely response from Yahoo! Support with a resolution to this pressing issue. Thank you.

I am disappointed that my inactive account is causing such trouble. Other linked accounts cannot be deactivated without access to this one. There is no option for me to provide security information to verify my identity. I believe dormant accounts should deactivate automatically. Technical support requested a fee of 4.99 to resolve the issue, which I find unacceptable. I do not authorize the use of my personal data on your site. I am willing to provide my details through a secure communication channel but insist on regaining access to my account or having it removed. Please contact me using legitimate means for resolution, as I will not pay for a service that I did not consent to. I can confirm my identity through various means but will not allow unauthorized use of my information. I will take legal action if necessary.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out because I am currently unable to access my account, [redacted], after purchasing a new device a couple of weeks ago. Despite knowing the password, I receive an error message stating "You're not signed in on any Yahoo app. Use an alternate way to sign in" each time I attempt to log in. I am the owner of f**********[redacted], an email I have not used in years, and do not recall the password. I am solely interested in regaining access to my [redacted] account, where I have essential emails stored. If providing a new password is not possible, could I please be given the opportunity to enter my previous password to access my account? I am willing to provide any necessary identification verification if required. Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning, Since the e-mail setup/format was changed last week, I have been experiencing an issue where I cannot scroll down without the e-mail popping back up to the first/original e-mail, making it difficult to access the most current e-mails for reading and responding. This is causing frustration and problems in communicating with clients. I suggest addressing and resolving this matter promptly. It would be beneficial to have the option to retain the previous format and to include a customer service number for assistance. Thank you.

I have a few questions. 1. When I send an email, the text appears broken up with each line starting with >. Sometimes the whole email isn't sent. I was advised to "print text," but I can't locate that option. 2. Previously in my att.net email, when adding addresses to CC, BCC, or To, a rectangle would pop up, allowing me to scroll down and select addresses. This feature seems to be missing now. 3. Is it necessary for me to change my email address?

Our computer was hacked between 10/29 and 10/31. We lost access to our email accounts [redacted] and [redacted] The account my husband uses, myfonz92, was not affected. I updated my recovery information, so the provided phone number and email are outdated. The ooto4 account is crucial for business contacts and statements. I am struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, and chronic kidney issues, so this situation is causing undue stress. I cannot remember the recent password for suzeeq or access the ooto4 account at all. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Verizon Yahoo email keeps freezing on my iPad, making it impossible to access my emails. I don't have a laptop, only an iPad, so I have to go to the library to fix the issue. This ongoing problem is causing me significant inconvenience. If my email isn't fixed to work seamlessly on my iPad mail screen and stop causing me trouble, I'm prepared to cancel all services including TV, phones, and internet. I'm frustrated and at my wit's end. Please address this problem promptly or I will have to terminate my contract with you this week. Fix this immediately, or I will have to cancel everything by Wednesday.
