Since last night, I've been unable to access my Yahoo email on Internet Explorer or Opera. Even after changing my password and receiving an access code, I couldn't log in. This morning, I managed to log in on IE with the new password, but most of my emails were missing. Only a couple of unfamiliar messages were there along with two from Yahoo. On Opera, I continued to receive the "wrong password" message. I need help accessing my email. Please reach out to me on my Hotmail account listed below. Thank you. Blair

I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail mobile app. The prompt keeps appearing stating that my password has been changed, but I did not make any changes. When I try to enter my old password, it says it is invalid. I attempted to use the "Forgot password" option and received an account key via text promptly. However, after entering the account key, nothing happens, and the dialog box disappears. I am unable to reset my password as it requires the existing one, which I no longer have access to. I am stuck in this loop and unable to progress to a screen where I can reset my password or answer security questions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am distressed to find a video uploaded without my consent on Yahoo showing me playing a game and unknowingly captured with my girlfriend. Despite not granting permission, it remains online under the name ratchetVSsonic25. I am also aware of another individual named minato burn dread possibly implicated in this. This blatant invasion of my privacy and the mockery I endured during the game is unacceptable. I demand its immediate removal as it violates my rights. I did not authorize this recording and will not tolerate being disrespected in this manner. I expect prompt resolution on this matter.

In [redacted]/12, I created my email account [redacted] while setting up my new HP Laptop and linking it to my banking. Unfortunately, the screen went blank, and HP requested I send the laptop back for analysis and repair. Panic set in as my personal data was inaccessible behind the dark screen. Following my son's advice, I swiftly created a new email account 'Emma Kelly' and updated my banking information. Over the years, I've used this new email more than my original one, [redacted] I'm seeking assistance to rectify this discrepancy, as my emails appear to be from Emma Kelly instead of my real name, Eileen Conde. Your help in correcting this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My father is currently facing an issue with his email account. He utilizes [redacted] to access his Yahoo email. Lately, his usual password for the email account stopped working on October 22nd. When attempting to recover the login details, he is redirected to an AT&T website to reset his AT&T login information, which is not the account he's having trouble with. He has all the necessary information for his AT&T account, but this does not assist in recovering his email account. It's essential to find a resolution to regain access to his email account. Since he is unable to contact you directly via email, I'm reaching out on his behalf. You can reach me at [redacted] or contact my father, Dohrman Wong, at [redacted]. We are open to whatever steps are necessary to resolve this matter, so kindly provide guidance. Thank you, Benjamin Wong.

To prevent Yahoo auto-play videos on Firefox, follow these steps: 1. Type “about:config” in the address bar. 2. Search for “autoplay” and locate “media.autoplay.embed”, set it to false. 3. This disables autoplay for HTML5 videos. 4. To stop Flash videos, go to Firefox menu, select Add-Ons. 5. Navigate to Plugins, find Flash, select ‘Ask to Activate’. Now, Yahoo videos won’t play automatically on Firefox. If you want to only mute auto-playing videos, check out additional tips in the post.

I had to change my email last year as I can't access my old Yahoo account, [redacted] I forgot the password but the phone number linked to it was [redacted], which I no longer have access to, along with the associated email, [redacted] I had given that account to my ex who changed the password, preventing my access. Now, I need to get into my green puppy account as I had an issue with my original gaming account and forgot the password. Since I never logged out, I received the reset link on my old Yahoo account, greenpuppy88, but I don't recall the new password. Some possible passwords I used are: - Shawnnasfriendtommy - Tommysfriendshawnna - Shawnnaisawesome - 1love08 - Syst3ml1nk - Omgwtflol - Jamie2008 Unfortunately, I can't recall the correct one.

I am experiencing difficulties recovering my account. I have attempted various methods to log in, such as through the website, Play Store app, and email app on my phone, but I am encountering the same issue with all of them. The system keeps asking me to enter verification letters to confirm I'm not a robot, but even after doing so, the prompt reappears, preventing me from progressing. Furthermore, when trying to recover my account and reset my password, I am hindered by having a different phone number than the one listed as a recovery method. After selecting the "I no longer have access to this phone" option, I am prompted to provide a backup email, which presents a similar obstacle. While I have two recovery emails listed, I am unable to access one to retrieve the code to log in to the other. I am hoping a customer service representative can aid me in resolving this matter promptly, as I am the rightful owner and originator of the account, and I am eager to regain access. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Yahoo account since an update on October 4. Yahoo is requesting $5 for assistance due to the issue being related to Google Play, which I find unnecessary. I have reached out to the app developer several times and was able to use a text message login option successfully. While my secondary account works with the key code, my primary FAFSA account is displaying an error stating the user does not exist. I am someone involved in the FAFSA program and can confirm I exist. This primary account is linked to my FAFSA email. I was able to log in for a week post-update but encountered a login error on October 9. Despite an update yesterday, the email login problem still persists.

Hello, I am John Pryde from 53 E Cygnus Cl, Doonside, New South Wales, Australia. I am currently playing a game called Tanki Online and need recovery emails for each game name. I have lost access to around 30 games that were mostly linked to Yahoo email addresses due to my prepaid phone being disconnected unexpectedly. I am on a pension and did not realize the consequences of not recharging the phone. I would like to send you the emails associated with the games. If possible, could you check if any game names were previously linked to these emails? Some emails and games may have been moved to other accounts, so I'm uncertain. These are the email addresses I am concerned about: [redacted]. If you can assist, please let me know how I can provide you with this information. I understand that resolving this issue may take some time, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My email address, [redacted], has disappeared. AT&T claims they have no record of this email that I have been using for five years or more, which is concerning as it is my primary business email. I tried to reestablish [redacted] as a sub account, but the system says the user ID is unavailable, indicating it still exists in the system. All my vendors, clients, etc., are accustomed to reaching me through that email. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you, Michael.

Dear Yahoo, I hope this message finds you well. Recently, I have received two emails regarding a supposed Yahoo lottery win of USD $5,[redacted],[redacted]. The emails mention contacting individuals named Sir. Darren Clarke and Sir. Vandall Warren as the claims officers. They request personal details such as name, address, telephone, fax number, age, and gender for the claim process. The messages are signed off by Mrs. Georgina Rowland on behalf of Yahoo Asia Pte. Ltd. I am reaching out to seek clarification if this is a legitimate communication from Yahoo or if it is a scam. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Irish

I have had a Yahoo account for most of my life. In [redacted], I entrusted it to a friend who has unfortunately abused the account. The account in question is [redacted] I do not have the recovery information, but I do remember the options that should have been there. The recovery options I recall are either the phone number [redacted] or the email address [redacted] It could also be [redacted], but the current one on the account is x*******[redacted] I am unsure about this new email or if I can regain access to this account.

After falling victim to fraud and taking action with my bank, I was advised to back up my phone. I hesitated and faced another hacking attempt, prompting my mobile banking to be frozen. Resetting my device was the only solution. Now, I am stuck as I forgot the password to my Samsung account. The email for a password reset is inaccessible from the mobile, and the secondary email listed is incorrect, making it impossible to regain access to my account without the account key.

Two weeks ago, I noticed that I had stopped receiving hourly updates on my email account [redacted] Despite attempting to sign in on both mobile and computer networks, I kept being informed that the username [redacted] was invalid. When I tried to email the address, the message bounced back undelivered. About a week ago, I reached out to Yahoo to address the issue, expecting a response within one business day according to their information. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates. Even after trying to contact their customer service through Twitter, I was redirected back to the initial contact with Yahoo. I am puzzled as to why I have suddenly lost access to an account I have maintained for over a decade, which I rely on extensively. This situation is causing me difficulty in retrieving important orders and information. I urgently need clarification on what has occurred and why Yahoo no longer recognizes my account name.

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A for years primarily for emails. Recently, I have been experiencing issues with opening some emails, where it only shows "LOAD MORE" in the lower left corner. Even when I click on "REPLY," the email content is cut off. I have contacted Samsung support and visited a store with a Samsung representative, but the suggested solutions did not restore my ability to open emails properly. I prefer to keep my screen simple without ads as it has been. They mentioned calling [redacted], but that number does not provide assistance, which is why I am reaching out here. They suspect it could be due to a recent update or storage limitations affecting email loading. I can open emails from some sources but not others like Groupon or Living Social. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. - Len B.

I have an old account that I changed the password for one day because I wanted to forget the old one that was related to my ex. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password and only have access on my iPad through the default mail in iOS. I don't have access on my phone since I live in a different place with a different phone number. I've been trying to recover my account using the forgot password feature, but it's not sending any emails to my iPad. I can receive emails at my account [redacted], but when I request an account key on Yahoo, I'm not receiving it. I'm hoping to get some assistance in opening my account. Thank you.

I have been using multiple Yahoo email accounts for my freelance web design business for the last 5-10 years. Recently, all my Yahoo email accounts attached to my cell phone were suddenly deleted by Yahoo without any warning. This caused me to spend hours updating all my accounts linked to those emails onto an msn account. I have been a loyal Yahoo user since [redacted] and always recommended it above other services, but losing all my emails and pictures has been disappointing. I would like to know what happened to my Yahoo accounts and if there is any way to recover at least one of them. I can provide a list of the terminated emails if necessary. The two main emails affected were [redacted] and [redacted] Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ben

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo account due to the verification code requirement. Although I have the login credentials for the account, Yahoo is sending the verification code to the same email I am attempting to access. I am trying to log in to [redacted], and I know the password, yet I cannot receive the verification code. Additionally, I do not have a linked phone number to receive the code that way. If Yahoo could send the verification code to my alternate email address [redacted], I would be able to access my account. Thank you.

I recently lost access to my email on my mobile phone after it broke. I have since switched to a new phone but am encountering issues logging in. Instead of allowing me to enter my password, the system prompts me to send an account key to a phone number I no longer have access to. This is concerning for me as I am expecting important emails from my doctors regarding my blood disease. The email address I am referring to is [redacted] I am willing to provide a picture of myself and identification if necessary. Please assist me in resetting my account so I can regain access as soon as possible.
