I have observed some suspicious activity in my email account. I noticed frequent logouts from various subscriptions and accounts associated with my email address, [redacted] Whenever I tried to manage my accounts, I discovered an additional folder with someone else's name and emails. Upon investigating further, I found that my address was being accessed from devices in Israel, specifically a Samsung phone and computer. The individual behind this has been altering my passwords and setting up two-factor authentication without my permission. They have also removed my phone number and backup email, replacing them with their own. Despite regaining brief access occasionally, the content is unreadable as it appears in a different language and symbols. I urgently require assistance in reclaiming my original email, [redacted], and removing the unauthorized user. My name is Marvin Mountz, and I am located in Ohio.

I am experiencing some difficulties accessing my Yahoo account registered under the username d a w n l a r s o n [redacted] I have been locked out of both my cell phone and iPad for about 2 years since I cannot recall the password. While I know there is a backup email, it belongs to a company I no longer work for. Furthermore, the temporary password option is linked to my old cell number that I no longer use due to getting a new phone. Despite keeping my old phone, I cannot unlock it to receive the temporary password. I have sought help from various phone stores and technicians, who advised me that changing my old password is crucial to unlock my devices. I urgently need assistance in resetting the password for my Yahoo account to regain access to my cell phone and iPad. Any guidance or help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. If necessary, you can contact me at d a w n l a r s o n [redacted] Thank you, Dawn Larson.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email account. On October 3, I received a notification on my phone indicating that my password had been changed and prompting me to log in again, even though I did not make any changes. Despite multiple attempts to log in, I faced various errors such as "wrong password," "password changed," and "email does not exist." When trying to reset the password, it mentioned that my last name did not match the account details. This email is crucial as it is connected to my doctor's appointments and bills. I have been using this email since high school, and I am now 42 years old. This problem has never occurred before. The email address I am having trouble with is [redacted] I will provide my recovery email address for further communication.

I recently got a new phone and number and unfortunately lost access to all of my emails. I am Chris Forsyth, also known as JC Forsyth, from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. My old phone number was [redacted]62 and my date of birth is January 1, [redacted]. My Yahoo email is [redacted], and my alternate email was [redacted], both of which I can no longer access. The recovery for my Hotmail was through my old phone number, which is now disconnected. The recovery for my Yahoo email was through my Hotmail, creating a dilemma as I lost access to both. I assure you I am the genuine Chris Forsyth and not an imposter. If you can send a verification code to my new email, I would greatly appreciate it so I can regain access to my [redacted] account, where I have important contacts and personal information. Trust that I am who I say I am. Thank you.

Hello, I recently contacted the Yahoo technical support hotline to subscribe for $4.99 per month. Unfortunately, as a resident of Switzerland, I was informed that the service is only available for US citizens. I am facing issues with my password and second security question, although I do remember the first one. During a 20-minute call on October 11, [redacted], the agent was able to verify my identity, but I am unable to receive the necessary help due to my location. Could someone assist in recovering my password and setting up a new one, please? I can be reached through my brother's email provided above. I created this account in [redacted] with a different phone number and no backup email. Kind regards, Tatiana B.

Hello, I recently contacted Yahoo's technical support hotline to subscribe for $4.99/month. However, being in Switzerland, I couldn't receive the assistance I needed as the offer is only for US citizens. I forgot my password and second security question. I created this account in [redacted] with a different phone number and no backup email. Thank you.

I lost access to my Yahoo account years ago ([redacted]). Recently, I managed to recover it due to the password being saved in Google Chrome. However, I can't log in because I forgot the answer to the First Security Question needed to verify my ownership. Although I tried multiple times to regain access over the years, I continue to face challenges. After skipping the first question, I encountered a new one, "What Is Your Internet Name?" for the first time. Despite mistakenly selecting incorrect answers initially due to the excitement, I now believe I recall the right answer. I fear my account may be locked for 12 hours due to too many wrong attempts. I hope to lift the lockout to correctly answer the second question and finally access my account, which includes important purchase confirmations related to a Guild Wars 2 account that was hacked around the same time as my Ymail account loss.

Today, I discovered that my Yahoo account name, phone number, and recovery email were changed by someone in Nigeria. Additionally, all my inbox emails were moved to the trash folder, though I managed to recover important ones. My profile photo was deleted but I re-uploaded it. The suspicious number used was [redacted]-64-03-73-19 and the person's recovery email was [redacted] My email is [redacted], my number is [redacted], and my recovery email is [redacted] I have corrected the information, but I am worried about preventing this from happening again and protecting my data from being compromised or lost. This was the first time this occurred, and it was unsettling to discover. I would appreciate help in ensuring my account's security in the future. Thank you.

I recently received an email urging me to click a link to delete my Yahoo account, but I immediately identified it as a fraudulent attempt. I refrained from clicking the link to protect my account. I attached a copy of the email for reference. Please get in touch with me promptly to address this issue. You can reach me via email at [redacted] I am concerned if this indicates that the sender now has access to my contacts. The email claimed to be from Dr. [redacted] and mentioned processing a request to terminate my account, advising me to use a link to cancel the request or do nothing if I initiated the process. The letter also displayed the Yahoo! copyright © [redacted] Yahoo! Inc. Bogus

I am unable to recall the password for my Yahoo account/email. The recovery email is no longer accessible, and I never linked a phone number to the account for recovery purposes. My email address is [redacted] I have an I.D. with my full name for verification purposes, along with other forms of identification. The account was created by my father when I was around 12 or 13, and he inputted false information about my age without my knowledge. I acknowledge that I should have rectified this earlier. A few years back, I forgot the password and faced similar recovery issues. Recently, I needed to reset my Instagram and Facebook passwords, with both connected to my inaccessible Yahoo email for recovery. I urgently require access to my Yahoo account and would appreciate your prompt assistance via email or phone. Thank you.

I recently discovered that while I was asleep in a hotel room, my girlfriend accessed my email without my permission. Upon waking up, I noticed that the WiFi on my phone was connected to the hotel's network, even though I typically avoid using public WiFi for security reasons. I suspect she may have downloaded attachments from my account, although she denies it. To address this breach of privacy, I immediately changed my password and phone lock. I kindly request assistance from Yahoo in retrieving the sent email log from the specific date in question. I hope to identify where the attachments were sent and potentially obtain information such as IP addresses or phone numbers associated with any devices involved. Thank you for your help.

I need help accessing my Yahoo account. My account is [redacted], and I have my password. However, when I try to sign in, it requires an account key for verification. The issue is that the account key would be sent to my old AOL email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I am seeking alternative ways to receive the verification code as I cannot access those email accounts anymore. I believe the options are answering security questions for verification or having the code sent to a phone number that I can provide. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email and want to verify if it is from Yahoo rather than Spam. The email address is from YAHOO! INC BETA <[redacted] The email states that Yahoo Beta [redacted] YAHOO & MICROSOFT WINDOWS has selected me as one of six winners without the need for an application. It mentions that providing correct information is crucial to avoid disqualification and emphasizes keeping the winning information confidential until receiving the prize of $[redacted],[redacted]. It then requests personal details like Full Name, Country, Contact Address, Telephone Number, Marital Status, Occupation, Age, Sex, and an additional email address. Thank you and kind regards.

I created my Facebook account about 8 years ago using a Yahoo email address. Recently, I tried to log in to deactivate/delete it since I have multiple accounts, managing to deactivate 2 out of 3. However, I can't access the last one as Yahoo says the username is not recognized. I read online that Yahoo can deactivate free accounts used for business after 12 months of inactivity. I didn't use it for businesses, only for Facebook, so I assume it's due to the lack of logins. Can Yahoo reactivate it to help me with this? I just need access to delete my Facebook. The email is [redacted], created when I was young and not for business purposes. I hope Yahoo can assist. Thank you, Evan.

Good morning, I am Julie Hammer with the email address [redacted] I have been residing near Chicago for over a decade. Recently, I have been receiving emails from a library in Las Vegas regarding an account opened under my email address. Someone named Julie Hammer with a hyphenated last name also seems to be using my email on this library system. Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted the email containing the full name. I am looking for a way to inform this Las Vegas resident about the mix-up with our emails. Perhaps her email is similar to mine. Any help in reaching out to her would be appreciated. Thank you, Julie Hammer from Chicago

I created my [redacted] email address more than a decade ago. This email is linked to my Xbox Live account, but I can't recall the password anymore. Microsoft requires verification through this email, and I am unable to access my backup email as well. How can I regain access to my tookyut4you account? What proof can I provide to confirm ownership? Can I provide previous passwords or the original home address used for the account setup? I aim to retain this email for my Xbox Live profile as it holds all my gaming achievements.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account after changing my password some time ago. While I'm currently abroad and unable to receive a verification code on my phone ending in [redacted], a Yahoo representative provided me with two security questions - listing 5 subscribed accounts and 5 email folders, which I struggle to recall due to infrequent Yahoo mail use. Access to my account is crucial as I need to retrieve my flight itinerary for my return to the United States. Despite multiple requests, the representative keeps redirecting me to the same link with identical questions, and I've yet to receive an alternative contact number for assistance. This option seems to be my final attempt at regaining account access.

I'm having trouble recovering my password for my account. I submitted a password reset request, but when asked to enter an email for the code, I am unable to access that email. The next option was a backup mobile number with missing digits which is outdated. After failing to provide those digits, I was asked for another old mobile number that I couldn't recall. The system then suggested an email address similar to my backup email but with a few characters missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't access that email either. It seems I'm unable to recover my password due to these obstacles.
